Not yet sure how these work for me but a common complaint I read is that they are stuck together and difficult to separate. So true. However, if you freeze them and then semi-gently stab at them with a butter knife they separate nicely and don’t seem to stick again. Just wanted to drop that hack on ya…

Pretty much a game changer in affordability per dose. I take 2 capsules a day now for the full dose. Along with PQQ, CoQ10, Magnesium Threonate and some other supplements, I am feeling fantastic. I am only 40 years old and with a fantastic diet but a moderate drinking habit (at least for now). This helps my recovery drastically. I have been taking NR for about 3 months and about halfway through purchased this product, which stepped up the dose significantly. In spite of myself, my health, stamina and wellbeing continue to improve. My strength seems to have improved as well. Much improved focus. Again, I am taking multiple supplements, but I do believe NR is the cornerstone to this “new” supplement stack. Some people (like my wife) may prefer a single capsule for a (large) “half dose”. I did that for a while and stepped up to the full dose. No side effects, just seems like more of a good thing to me.
I would like if they took the blueberry extract — whatever it’s called (not the TMG) — out of this formula, as it may increase cholesterol. I take grape seed extract anyway and cholesterol is not a big concern of mine. But technically, this formula may be slightly outdated based on some research I’ve seen. I don’t consider it harmful enough to discontinue.

I set up a subscription, because for me, I know I need to try a product for at least 3 months to notice a difference.
I didn’t notice a difference even when I tried it at different times of the day and with or without food.
I have a sublingual NAD that works very well, but I switched to this one to see if I could find a less expensive supplement.
Everyone is different so what doesn’t work for me, might work for you, and vise versa.

I ordered two bottles, and although both are sealed and wrapped in plastic, all the soft gel capitals are clumped together. Trying to get two capsules out without ripping them open is a struggle. As far as I can tell, the bottles don’t have desiccants, the small satchels containing silica gel, calcium chloride, or other material to absorb excess moisture. This is a major oversight. This needs to be rectified.
Update: I gave this company a second try. I received two more bottles. One bottle was clumped like the other. It was a fight to try and separate them. The second bottle was one giant clump that I couldn’t get apart. There was a gel oozing in the bottle. My guess is one or more of the capsules ruptured. I’m done with this brand. It’s time to try another brand. I would give this product zero stars if that were an option.
