I used this Zinc Carnosine with mastic gum to cure my HPylori and stomach pain. It’s very effective. I finished the whole bottle then I went to get tested for Hpylori again, I am happy to report that I have tested negative now and blood tests found no traces of hpylori. Mastic gum with zinc carnosine and with God’s grace, I am now healed.

Eating things like rice, eggs, 5oz non fat yogurt, ricenoddles in broth, etc, was helping but this stuff…. man…took it to another level! The broad sharp pain in my stomach faded away day by day. I stopped having so much reflex and it became much easier to eat avocados… love them with my eggs. I feel I need to keep taking them and will until the bottle emptys but I feel pretty damn good just after one week.
I also did things like drink a small cup of warm water with a 1/2 table spoon of tumeric (with the zinc carnosine) powder before I ate anything in the morning and some days ate fully ripe mangos or kiwis, green or gold, first thing after my water. Then ate my eggs and stuff. Those fruits definitely helped to, it felt more healing than bananas honestly. BUT I had to eat them on an empty stomach NOT afterwards.
Anyways… zinc-carnosine… you rock brother!!!

I honestly didn’t think this would help. I tried so many things. I’m not saying this is the miracle cure, but there has been 30% improvement in my Gastritis symptoms. I’ve been doing my own research, figuring out that I think I need to take way more than the recommended dose. I’ll need to supplement copper for that otherwise you get unbalanced and I don’t know much about that. If someone has any suggestions, let me know please. But yeah, with all the food allergies I have, Gastritis, EOE, and food intolerances, the ingredients in these capsules and the capsules themselves don’t mess me up. It’s also gentle on the stomach, can be taken (should be) on an empty stomach to heal mucosa, but I find it’s still easier to take it with food or shortly after or before food.

Reading up on the best way take this product, “For best results take on an empty stomach, in between meals”. If you are like me, zinc on an empty stomach results in projectile vomiting until the contents of the stomach is empty. Optimistically, I tried the empty stomach method first (as advised.. on the website). I felt fine for the first hour, then after that, no amount of contents would remain in my stomach resulting in numerous visits to the porcelain goddess until contents were fully eradicated, (including nausea and a bit of a dizzy spell equivalent to the Scrambler carnival ride)
Ugh.. rough start. If you look on other websites, instructions state you should “take with a meal”. So, be discretional and hopefully, you will give it a chance to work it’s magic. (I am still traumatized by zinc, I fear it’s wrath upon my delicate system) I am remaining hopeful it will fix my GERD issue.

My youngest son Franklin recommended this product as an excellent source of zinc. Another item that I took, containing zinc, caused nausea. He assured me this one did not–and he was right! At this point I don’t even care whether it will help my stomach. I haven’t really noticed a difference there but I have been searching for a zinc product to help my zinc deficiency for years and every single one I’ve tried has made me nauseous to the point of not being able to function at work. This has a little bit less zinc than the regular zinc product it is designed for a specific purpose related to the stomach, but I am just super happy to literally get any kind of zinc product in me that doesn’t cause me and nausea. Hoping that over a long period of time my levels will go up and maybe I’ll get some stomach benefits as well.

I have been suffering from SIBO-C, leaky gut, rosacea and histamine intolerance for several years (although I didn’t realize SIBO was a problem or the root cause of most of my symptoms until about a year and a half ago (after receiving positive results from taking a lactulose breath test). I tried healing the SIBO but it is very difficult to heal and requires a multi pronged approach with treatments that seem to exacerbate my histamine intolerance and rosacea. Itchiness, skin rashes, redness and acne are always a problem as well as bloating and intestinal inflammation. Trying to get an appointment with a SIBO specialist is a year wait so, I took it upon myself to research as much as possible for how to heal this disorder. L glutamine has been helpful but wasn’t enough. After more research, I began taking Zinc Carnosine for leaky gut just 1 day ago and although not perfect, I already feel much better and notice a marked improvement with my bloating. Thus is reported to help heal leaky gut. I am hoping food intolerances, caused by proteins that leak through the intestinal wall, will no longer be contributing to the rosacea and histamine intolerance. After so long dealing with my uncomfortable symptoms, I am so glad for this product and hope it will help heal my gut from the damage that SIBO has caused.
