The capsules are easy to take, no noticeable taste or aftertaste. I have noticed that I do sleep better after taking them before bed. I also do have some crazy dreams when I take them. I haven’t tried taking them during the day, so I can’t speak to if they help with stress during the day.
They have a good variety of helpful ingredients, and no weird fillers, sugars or additives. There is about 3 months worth in this double pack, but still seems a bit pricey for that. I might buy again, but I also don’t take them every night, and often just take 1, so they should last longer.

There are only 15 servings in this jar, if one takes the recommended two capsules per serving. I can’t do that, however, as the dosages are a bit high for some of the ingredients, and some of them, I have no idea what they are supposed to do. I don’t recommend this very highly

As someone who has a high stress job, it can be hard to unwind at the end of the day.
