As a high-dose statin user, I’m always looking too displace the potential for side-effects , geranylgeraniol in one of those important processes that statins disrupt and I take GG-Gold to replenish my levels. Important for vitamin K2 and CoQ10 production in the body. I take one daily and I believe it helps me tolerate my statin better.

After using this for a couple of months I I started heavy garden projects that included lifting timbers and landscape stones. I was surprised that there was no muscle soreness. I have to attribute it to this product as I have had no exercise all winter – a good 6 months of sedentary living, then suddenly all this heavy excercise with no soreness. I haven’t changed any other supplements or altered my diet.

It may cause loose bowel movements and or have a laxative effect. A 2021 study found that long-term consumption of cellulose gum can alter levels of beneficial bacteria and nutrients in the gut. This supports previous animal study findings that suggest prolonged consumption of cellulose gum may promote chronic inflammatory conditions, including colitis, metabolic syndrome, and colon cancer. It serves no purpose to the consumer in a supplement. NONE.
