Ever since I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago, I’ve had trouble with stomach issues after eating. My stomach would especially feel bloated after eating a meal with a lot of fat. I had great results with LEAN’s TBoost so I thought I would give this product a try as well. After just a few days of taking a capsule per day, the relief from my stomach aches have improved and I feel much better after eating. In the past year, I was medically diagnosed with IBS. The doctor prescribed me medicine to take everyday for it, but that was not the route I was looking for. As a result, I changed my diet. I found what foods bothered me (artificial preservatives mostly). The times that I cannot avoid these additives and other bothersome foods, these enzymes do wonders! I just take 1 when I know there might be an issue. Not only do I not get severe stomach pains, but I can also eat without worry. I definitely recommend these enzymes for those who wish to better digest their food, but recommend finding out what really bothers you first to avoid having to take them all the time (I belive the bottle only recommends 1x a day anyway). An added benefit is that I lost at least 5lbs while taking these.

This stuff really works! Excellent product! I purchased it because of my acid reflux problem as well as occasional heartburn. I can honestly say that since taking this supplement my acid reflux and heartburn is almost non bothersome anymore, in fact, I hardly notice it. I also like the fact that the supplement is made right here in the USA and is GMO and Gluten free. Great price for a 90-day supply, will definitely purchase again and highly recommend.

Ever heard of ‘eating for your blood type’?? I’m an A blood type was told this essentially means my body prefers anything plant-based (aka ‘vegetarian’)… does not like meat — not any kind. I was also diagnosed with low digestive enzymes — probably because I eat chicken more often than I ‘should’. When I found this Full Spectrum Plant-Based Digestive Enzymes, I jumped on it. One capsule at the beginning of a meal has definitely helped! Now, steaks/burgers/red meat are a different story and require a stronger set of enzymes — these are a big no-no for A blood types, but how can you completely resist a good steak once in a while, right? On an everyday basis, this Full Spectrum Enzymes bottle does the trick.

I’ve had terrible acid reflux ever since pregnancy — over 10 YEARS. It was so bad in the last couple years that I would sometimes wake up choking on acid and not able to breathe right away. I had trigger foods that made things intolerable — tomato based anything, some vegetarian soy based foods, citrus, tortilla chips, etc. It seemed that foods just sat on my stomach forever. I was sleeping on a mountain of pillows for an incline and still having issues. I was taking 40mg Nexium at bedtime (prilosec wouldn’t cut it), along with 150 of zantac, and keeping mylanta by my bed — often swigging throughout the night. I’m an RN and know all the possible bad effects of reflux AND the meds.
I’ve been taking these about a month now with great results! I’m still taking the Nexium, but the need for the other meds are gone. I’m able to sleep without the mountain of pillows to stay elevated. I’m actually considering trying to cut back on the nexium. It may go great, but it’s scary to try. I’ll update this review if that goes well.
I take this right before or during a meal if I forgot. It’s helping my stomach empty before bed (and throughout the day). From what I have been reading, digestive enzymes will either work or not. If you have a deficiency, then they can help (though it’s thought to be rare). If you don’t have a deficiency, it doesn’t appear that they will do any harm (do your own research — I’m no expert). I’ve been able to have spaghetti sauce, pizza, salsa for with dinner as long as I take these and have an hour or two before laying down. I’m so stinking giddy.
****I admit that I am taking more than the recommended 1 a day. I am taking one before any meal that I think might give me trouble. If after an hour, my stomach still feels a little off, I’ll take another one (especially before sleeping).
