Awesome product! I just learned through some research I was doing how this enzyme helps lessen anxiety as it breaks down certain proteins! The exact mechanism or pathway that is causing this does not seem to be clearly defined. At least I have not found much on it yet! As a skeptic of herbal remedies I was not expecting much from this. The only reason I gave it a try is a company I found on the web let me try a natural sleep aid they were selling. After trying their sleep aid for the 14 day free trial I told them I got no noticeable help sleeping from their product. The salesman I spoke with, like a good salesman should, did not want to let me off the hook so he offered me a free trial of their extra strength sleep aid. I asked him what was different in this product and he told me they added Bromelain to it to help people with high stress levels sleep due to the already mentioned anxiety reliever, the by product of protein catabolism. So the good biochemist I am, thanked him at the end of the free trial and I went off to create my own sleep aid using much higher doses than in their products. This is easily possible as when you purchase the ingredients as separate entities you get much stronger doses for less money! But even when taken alone I notice a bit of calmness which for a spazz like me is a big relief! Give it a try! I can almost bet you will love it! Try combining it with melatonin, (I use 10 mg lozenges), as well as L-Tryptophan, the essential amino acid that is released from milk, turkey, and cheese when you heat them up! Hence the secret behind a glass of warm milk before bed!!

My husband uses this daily to help fight gout. About 6 years ago, he began having issues with gout in his big toe. The problem was so bad he could hardly stand to have even a bed sheet laying over the toe. He couldn’t walk for days and was totally miserable. I suggested he using bromelain (a different brand at the time), and the issue was completely resolved without any additional lifestyle changes, which was a huge relief because this has been very easy to stick to. The price for this 2-pack is excellent, and we get it through subscribe and save. I have used other Source Naturals products and feel they are a reliable company.

I use this product to alleviate pain in my joints–hands and knees. I feel it has helped my hands a great deal as there have been times that I could barely hold a pen or pencil. I have been using this product for about 1 1/2 yrs. My acupuncturist recommended Bromelain. I take it 3 times a day. I can’t say it has helped my knees–it might be the only thing that will help them is knee replacement. I am a 69 year old female. I have tried many creams with no improvement. My doctor wants me to use fewer anti-inflammatories.

Been using this product for years, works great for digestion. Unfortunately this batch of 2 bottles was rotten with a very pungent odor. Unusable. Not sure if there is a handling issue, product exposed to heat, or what. Seller needs to check their supply and storage.

Source naturals Bromelain 500 mg 120 tablets two bottles came very quickly and reading testimonies on and I’m amazed at what is professed by people like me trying to get or stay health and/or comfotable physically it can do. I will start taking and try to give you my results using my blood and other test results to gauge results. I am excited about it helping prevent gout pain and/or releif; help with breathing by getting rid if mucus, thinning blood so platets don’t stick (does that mean it removes or rids of mucus in the blood?). I will ask Cardiologist doctor(s) about result claims to verify.
Is there any institution(s) that’s testing natural herbs that the medical establishment will acknowledge as acceptable methods of testing beside the many good results though the ages if not of cures or relief that the persons said to not have long to live does so to ripe old ages?
The main reason AMA does not recognize cures is that there is no money in it!!
So times there are no explanations to why, but isn’t our bodies a miracle
PS the price is xxxxx better than pharma drugs and with little or no side effects like Rx stuff. Too much of a good thing could turn out to be Poison.

I love this brand,i have tried numerous others ,but none work like this one.I have autoimmune problems as well as very low stomach acid .I also try to eat an anti-parisitic ,anti inflammatory ( as little sugar and processed foods as well as no inflammation causing fruits and vegetables) i have spondylolethesis grade two .I cant always eat pineapple as it has a lot of sugar .
If i eat right and follow this stringent regimine I have significantly decreased back pain,flat stomach ,and this is also good for removing parasites ,resulting in a noticeable energy increase and overall well being.
However ,if i go off of this way of eating and consume alcohol ,pizza,pasta ,ice cream,cakes ,even some fruits and vegetables ,the pain and fatigue returns .
This product alone is not magical ,one must be fastidious and unrelenting in living a clean lifestyle,meaning you cannot go and consume white flour ,sugar and processed ,unhealthy foods that the typical standard american diet advocates and expect this product to just magically make your joints to not swell and arthritus to just go away while you are stuffing your face with foods that cause inflammation like tomato sauce and white pasta for example.This product will preform best for those who already practice and live an anti -inflammatory lifestyle .
I also have had three knee surgeries and would take this product in recovery along with surgical grade arnica montana ,and it helped significantly with bruising and swelling ,shortening recovery time.
For the record I am hyper sensitive ,A positive blood type and bruise very easily .
