These are solid tablets that are meant to be dissolved in water. This is convenient as it takes up less space than a typical preworkout container, while still having a high dose of 300mg of caffeine. There is not much other than caffeine in this mix, and it will be the main active ingredient. The dose is good and the flavor is good but strong, so I would recommend using 2x the water it suggests on the package.

Most convenient pre-workout I’ve used. Plenty of energy for my lift that carried on through out my day. Plan on ordering more once this bottle is finished!

Love this stuff. It’s going to take the place of my daily energy drink. I usually have a Celsius (270 mg caffeine) in the morning on the way to work. Not only is this cheaper and more effective (as far as the sustained energy and focus I got) but being an effervescent tablet is pretty convenient as well. The other thing I’ll mention is I didn’t have any jitters or weird over stimulated feeling, and if I did I’d just use the score mark on the tab to cut it in half and use it that way. I can’t wait until there are more flavors available.
Downside: I got a bunch of stuff done around the house, and now my wife knows I’m capable of doing a bunch of stuff around the house.

Very good energy supplement, I like how they are efflorescent tablets, the watermelon flavor is nice as-well, which makes it enjoyable to drink, I typically use one tablet with a large 21 fl oz sports bottle filled with water, since these tablets are high in caffeine, using this method I can drink at my own pace depending on how much caffeine I want at once, or to pace out drinking during a workout or bike ride.
So far I have been impressed with the results, quick energy boost, and it may have even helped improve focus & my overall performance during my workouts, I have a high caffeine tolerance and these still worked perfectly, I didn’t experience jitters, but I did seem to crash at the end of the day and was pretty tired, other than that they agree with me perfectly and worked as intended, includes 30 tablets, they are a bit pricey!
The tablets are large but dissolve with water within 5-10 minutes, each tablet provides 300 mg caffeine! (caffeine anhydrous), theacrine (50 mg), “4′-Dimethylamino-7,8-dihydroxyflavone” (10 mg), potassium (117 mg), sodium (169.78 mg), it is naturally and artificially flavored, contains one artificial sweetener sucralose, it also has malic acid, bitter blocker 2x, citric acid, beet juice powder, l-leucine.

This comes in a huge round tablet that you drop into your water. After mixing it up, it’s a pretty pinkish color. The taste at first was watermelon flavored, a little sour tasting and then the medicine taste hit. Not what I was expecting. After finishing it, I was expecting to feel energetic but no did not get an energy boost, instead I got an upset stomach. Needless to say I will not be finishing this bottle.

This pre workout is the best I’ve ever used, hands down. The energy and mental focus is excellent (and I come back from a hard workout ready to get to work at my job). Some pre workouts are just caffeine and a bunch of filler (I’ve gone through plenty). This stuff is different. Highly recommend!

I have been using several liquid forms of pre-workouts for years. I look to gain an energy boost and edge to my workouts. I decided to give these chewable tablets a try. They are loaded with caffeine comparable to a strong version in the powder forms. I did not get the caffeine jitters and I felt a big of a boost of energy during the workout. I find that body prefers to cycle on and off from these pre-workouts so that it not adapt. The flavor is not bad but I did have a bit of an aftertaste. I find that they are better with plenty of water because the taste can linger. They are worth trying when you want to get out the door and to the gym. You can chew on these and you won’t have to carry around a shaker cup. Give them a try.

I love how convenient this product is! I’ve been cutting the pills in half. It’s the perfect amount of energy for my workouts. The real test was how it helped my endurance stay up on my five mile run and after! No sluggish feeling…helped me power through grocery shopping after! 🙂
