I haven’t noticed any drastic changes but I’ve ordered another months worth and will update any notable changes! I have really painful cycles (PCOS & ENDO) and am hoping this supplement will help with ovarian health overall. It dissolves well in cold and hot drinks and has a sweet taste to it.

At first I thought this product was amazing. It helped make my PMS improve all together. It has no flavor and blends right into any beverage. But… After taking this as directed for one month, it made my period constantly come. I almost had my period for two months straight and even went to the doctor about it. Turns out it’s from taking this. I thought I find the magic fix to my horrible PMS issues, unfortunately I will never be taking this again because of the constant bleeding as a side effect.

I just started using this product. I inspected the lable and was very happy to see that it is made in the USA, vegan, cruelty free, allergen free and sugar free.
It tastes great and blended easily into my morning smoothy.

I’ve been struggling with imbalances and I was skeptical about trying a product. However, this supplement has been a game-changer for me. Within just a few weeks of consistently taking it in the mornings, I noticed a significant improvement in my mood, energy levels, and even my skin. My PMS symptoms have also reduced.
I do wish there was more product in the container but overall I recommend giving it a try.

Disclaimer – this product might be better served with women younger than I am (I am in my 50s). I bought this on a recommendation to assist with overall hormone balance. I can’t say that I have noticed any differences compared to the reported effects of my much younger niece. It’s easy to use – put in water or juice, there’s no flavor – but for overall effects I’m just not feeling it. Also, to be fair, I’ve only been using it for 30 days; I’m not sure I would continue for another 30 days.

Sounds crazy to me, but I have only been taking this for 20 days and first noticeable difference was that I wasn’t easily triggered. I was able to control my feeling of anger. My hair feels thicker at the roots. I feel more in balance, even my resting heart rate lowered. My husband was thankful I was feeling better as well. I was very hot and cold before, now I found myself saying yes more and not being so “tired” when he would inquire.
Now, when I try new products, I make sure to try them with now simultaneous new changes, I want to see if they really work for me. Real Hormore Balance really did.
The powder tastes slightly sweet, so you could easily take this with straight water. Overall, a definite must have for me.
