Consumption directions: For me, I found that this product dissolves easily in hot water and I consumed it 1x/day in an 8 oz. mug like tea. I also drank two Camelbacks of water (64 oz.) each day and used prunes and stool softeners as needed. I also utilized a BRAT diet throughout the week as needed (nausea and not feeling hungry) and accordingly felt somewhat weak at times (due to dehydration and potentially a drop in nutrition). Fair warning, I’d describe the taste as a mixture of blue dye, black dye, and compost water, but I didn’t purchase this for the taste and was fine with drinking it.
Day 1: I experienced some light-mild nausea and visited the bathroom probably 6-10 times in the first 6 hours with mild-severe diarrhea. It was not pretty and I would highly recommend not being at work on day 1. As I had a similar (but far less severe) reaction to my first anti-gas pills, I think the severity of thid reaction was just my body getting used to the ingredients.
Day 2-3: More of the same diarrhea-like effects which tapered into constipation.
Day 4-7: Stool consistency and regularity improved. I began naturally waking up before 7am for the first time in months (increased energy) but I still dealt with bloating and felt the need to take a nap on some days (digestive issues, fatigue, and energy spikes consistent with cannabis withdrawal).
Day 8 – present: Currently, I’m taking it until the blend runs out (30 days). I was a heavy smoker for roughly three years (1-10x per day depending on the day or week) so I think my recovery time will be longer than most (90 days instead of 30 days). I started this detox roughly 1 month in and definitely felt like it flushed a good deal of residual toxins from my body.
Four stars as I think it takes longer than the advertised 7-10 days to fully eliminate all THC from your system, but, other than that, I think this is as good a blend as you could get! I’d recommend it to anyone looking to detox.
