I’ve only used this for three days, but here’s what I’ve experienced so far…
PROS: Dissolves quickly in water, flavor is very mild.
CONS: When I opened the lid some of the super-fine powder spilled out, even with careful handling. It ended up on the floor, counter and front of my shirt. Dose: On the first day I took 2 separate doses and felt fine. But after each dose on days 2 and 3, I was miserable with bloating and acid reflux. I will drop down to half a scoop once a day and drink more water. I’m trying this as an alternative to antibiotics for UTI’s.

My urologist recommended D Mannose in powder form as most economical considering the recommended daily intake. I put this powder on yoghurt, berries, in my coffee. It’s easy to take as part of my morning supplement routine.
It’s also effective for its intended purpose for preventing UTIs, tho’ that may be in combination with the 2 other preventative measures I currently employ (long term local estrogen, and a rx’d antibiotic after sex).

Ease of use for us Senior humans and all of our fur family.Mild slightly sweet taste, dissolves easily and can be added to water bowl or wet food treats for our dogs and cats. Excellent quality and consistently fast results. A daily dose and no more waking up to use the bathroom for us Senior humans. It is hard to explain but I felt like I had an irritated bladder and a general feeling of unwellness. Urgency, bladder weakness etc etc
