This product is hard to gauge if it works as it claims or just purely placebo, but I am leaning towards yes it does improve my cognitive function when I take it first thing in the morning. As for the workout recovery portion, I’m less certain that it has an impact. This could be due to a number of factors, but I will say I regularly workout already and this hasn’t made a noticeable impact on my recovery time, but just overall in a better mood! Great low price point for those who see a difference on both fronts.

I’ve been taking DMAE for awhile now for the cognitive benefits. I can’t really quantify how much it helps but I do know I feel better when I take it than when I don’t. It’s a substance found in fatty fish like salmon but a more efficient way to get it is supplements like these. It’s been linked with firmer skin, memory improvement, increased athletic performance, better mood and reduced hyperactivity among other things.
This definitely looks like a high quality supplement. In particular, it doesn’t have harmful ingredients that are sometimes added into the mix like artificial colors, sugar, gluten, sodium, etc. Maybe the most impressive thing is the price point they’re selling it at. For a supplement of this purity and quality it’s a very pleasant surprise to find it at this value price. Highly recommended!

This Amazing Formulas DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) 250mg Veggie Capsules enhanced my focus and energy for the whole day. It is an excellent supplement. It is natural, potent, and effective. In my experience, it is good for my muscle health, restoration and recovery after rigorous physical activity during the day.
This product contains vital information about the ingredients. The container of the supplement is in good quality and it is tight and properly sealed. For me, the supplement capsules are clear and easy to swallow. There’s little to no undesirable smell in it. The color of the content looks great and is processed well. The value for money is fair. As for me, I’m giving Amazing Formulas DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) 250mg Veggie Capsules a 5 star rating.
However, my recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. Moreover, prolonged use may cause compromise of immunity or increase toxicity level in the body. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement or not. For decades, I’m fully interested in researching, understanding, and using natural food supplements, especially those with great quality and potency. However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. On immediacy, the supplement may have a reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users.

The bottle has the made in USA seal and that’s actually hard to be able to claim that as there are all sorts of requirements, including all the ingredients have to come from the USA and it has to be made in the USA.
There’s a toll free number on the bottle and when I called it is an actually service center that can answer questions. They also are part of vitamin angels which means they provide products to these less fortunate when we buy from them.
The plastic bottle comes sealed with a tamper evident wrap around the cap. One vegetable 1-3 times a day between meals is recommend on the bottle. I find that one in the morning about 30 min before I eat anything works best so this product will last 100 days.
I use DMAE for increased focus and find this supplement works for me. The bottle arrived feb 2023 and the expiration is December 2025. It’s produced with a good manufacturing practice certification but I didn’t see any third party testing to verify that the ingredients are not contaminated and the dose is what is says it is.
On the Amazing Nutrition website it only says their products are vegan and non GMO but there is nothing abut third party testing – so I’ve deducted a star for this – and will continue to look for another source of DMAE from a company that tests it’s product to ensure purity. One bottle likely won’t harm me but taking a supplement with contamination, such as heavy metals, may cause ill effects over time.
