I’m 42 years old and just got my first gym membership ever two months ago. My muscles hadn’t done any weight training since Junior High gymnastics, so I am very out of shape. The directions say you can take 1-3 per day, so results may be even greater if I took a higher dosage. I had only taken these for two days when I went back to the gym and did a full body workout since it had been so long. I expected my arms and legs to be incredibly sore the next day. But they weren’t!! I had a tad bit of soreness, but nothing like usual. I don’t think it was a coincidence or placebo effect and my body hadn’t all-of-a-sudden become conditioned either. I hadn’t worked out in probably two weeks and had still been getting very sore because I’m still so out of shape. I think these significantly help with my recovery time though. If you are using it to help with focus and mental functions, then here is my method for getting the best of it. Prepare your task in a location with little distraction. Organize all the things you need ahead of time. Start your process (reading, studying, writing, etc.). Then after 10-15 minutes, take the DMAE cap. The expected effect will last at most an hour. So take a break then. After a break, you can begin again. Then repeat after getting back into it at the 10-15 min mark.

I was prescribed a controlled substance for many years for ADD. The side effects were pretty bad and I stopped on my own accord.
This supplement has been a pretty big game changer for me as it helps focus my mind and gets rid of brain fog/static.
I’d encourage you do your own research prior to supplementing, but if you had ADD and the prescription route left you feeling robotic, this is a great option.

DMAE production within our body declines naturally as we age. It also helps prevent the buildup of a substance called beta-amyloid in the brain. Too much beta-amyloid has been linked to age-related decline and memory loss. Although this supplement claims to help many things, at 66, I am most concerned with maintaining healthy brain function. Exercise and diet help, but, sometimes that is not enough. This product is made in a GMP-certified facility, which is also important to me when it comes to supplements. I have used Amazing Formula supplements in the past with good results.

DMAE has a number of benefits along with improved cognitive function and memory enhancement. It is also useful as a sleep aid and mood elevator. At 200 pills per bottle that is over 6 months worth of supplement, which is a great bargain for the price. Recommended.

These are super easy to take, the pills are really small. I do not take regularly, some research suggest that it is not good to take on a regular basis. I take it when I need a burst of energy and focus for work, I am a trainer and I need to be on physically and mentally. It does help give me a little boost, not crazy but helps a little bit. Didn’t interrupt sleep either. Have not had any side effects so far, not gitters or other problems. Worth a shot to try, but do your research beforehand for safety.
