I liked the combination of pro-, pre- and, especially, postbiotics in one, decided to try. All the ingredients make perfect sense, the postbiotics are needed to restore the overall balance. I liked the reasonable count of bacteria, many times excessive concentrations are offered. I have tried it for 3 days straight. I do not have any serious issues with digestions, I also did not expect any drastic effects. Well, so far – so good. I have no adverse reactions of any kind, no discomfort at all. It is a good start. I would like to continue one pill/day for a couple of weeks to access the overall effect. I will update this post if needed. I cannot male any recommendations, it is strictly personal.

As a construction contractor accustomed to moving around and eating less than healthy, blockages and bubbles are a part of my toolkit as much as what I work with on site. Having BMs has been a struggle for me and fibers haven’t been working to help with the straining I feel I need to go through daily, no matter how much water I try to drink.
This game-changer of a supplement attacks the pipes on three effective fronts with prebiotics, postbiotics, and probiotics. When I used this in addition to a diet that had more leafy greens to add more natrual fiber, I started feeling waaaay smoother in only one week which was downright incredible. This stuff works! By the week’s end after starting these (4 per day), I went from full clog to a nice easy deposit session. By two weeks I had finished the bottle and will no doubt say this stuff is the supplement of champions. I almost cheered on finishing my first movement within minutes with not a single grunt or bead of sweat from the straining. There was no more straining! No more need for me to scoop fiber powder or chug huge gallons of water!
The capsules themselves are of average size and do not upset my stomach, nor do they cause me any cramping. Something within gives me a couple of toots (I’m sensitive to yeast, it could be this), but it’s nothing I can’t handle for the smooth moves that come as an effect. I take these with my meals for optimum effects and would say they are a booster for digestion. I don’t feel as bloated or gassy after meals, especially with those containing dairy or rough vegetables like cabbage or kale.
This stuff regulates like none other! Be prepared to literally poop like a champion!

This product captures your attention that is for sure. However, 4 capsules a day feels like a bit much compared to another probiotic that i have tried and it was 1-2 capsules.

You might have tried probiotics, or probiotics with prebiotics – the latest thing is synbiotics – probiotics, with pre and post-biotics, so I was looking forward to trying these. So far, so good – I find it is having a beneficial effect, and the capsule size is fairly small. For that I’d give it five stars. But in order to get the right amount of synbiotics, the serving size is 4 capsules, so this bottle is only a 15 day supply! If you’re really struggling with going to the bathroom, you would most certainly need to have two bottles on hand to try it out for a month and see if it is right for you, which in my book, makes this not a particularly good value.

At first I thought this was a ‘joke’ type product, but I’m happily surprised it works well. The capsules are easy to use and have no unpleasant odors, tastes or aftertastes. It works well after a couple of days of use. The container only has enough product to last about two weeks but that may be enough for your purposes. It can be pricey if you’re taking them long term but overall I’m satisfied because they do what it says 😉

I followed the process suggested by the instructions taking 2 capsules at lunch and 2 more with dinner. The following day was a dry run but I kept up with the 4 pill regimen. On day 2 I didn’t feel like anything was going to happen but it did… nothing major, but it was a success. Day 3 was accurately described by the product title as I had a great one. Another good day on day 4! Overall, I had good results. The drawback however is that you have to take 4 pills and it is suggested to stagger them, lunch and dinner.

This is a great synbiotic formula to improve gut health. I don’t love the number of pills this requires you to take daily (four seems like a lot!). Because of the serving recommendation, this bottle only lasts 15 days, which makes the price seem high.
Again, it’s all good stuff, but it’s expensive. I’ll continue to use this because I’m seeing some improvements in my gut health, but it would have to work miracles in the next few days for me to order again for to the number of daily pills and the price. I hope this is helpful! Enjoy!
