DHEA – DiHydroEpiAndrosterone – a type of growth hormone. This diminishes with age so needs replenishing. Keeps you healthy, active, lean, preserves the brain, generates endocrine hormones, prevents aging. Excellent product. I tested this one out and it works fine. Cheaper than other brands. Yes, if its not Keto version it may produce a bit of testosterone in your body, but both men and women need testosterone so that is fine by me. I pay less for this brand and get the free testosterone! Both men and women can use this. Women usually 50 – 65 mg daily, men 60 – 75 mg daily before noon.

It is what it says it is but be careful. It’s very powerful and I had all the symptoms of corticosteroids. The anti-inflammatory properties are probably the cause of the small-scale studies claiming its life-extension properties but certain people (me) are prone to memory issues or runaway cortisol (whose ratio is closely tied to dhea due to a feedback mechanism)
I typically don’t write reviews on this sort of thing but for those who are sensitive to hormonal changes should be aware. I figured it out after about 1 month of blaming everything else because the clouded thinking was so prominent

I have been using DHEA for almost 6 years now and I can’t go without them. They truly work for me to give me more energy and have also helped me get through my daily workout. I was taking 100mg a day but my levels were getting very high so my doctor suggested I reduce it to 50mg a day. Now I have to wait and see if this lower does works as well. For the low price I paid for 300 of these I would say to purchase them if you are willing to give them a try.

Good product! I am a paramedic on a compound in Iraq. We are not allowed to leave for months at a time. It feels like a glorified prison at times , and I was very depressed being here. The DHEA helped with my libido , I definitely had more energy , but it was subtle. You sort of say to yourself “hey I wasn’t able to do all those things before”. But most of all , you get a feeling of well being. I can honestly say I am not depressed being here. Sure , I look forward to my next vacation , but the depression isnt there. You can just sort of deal with it.

Just wish I’d known it was a capsule. I prefer a tablet. However, it was an excellent value.
