This is a good supplement! I could always rely on this whenever I experience flank pain due to my kidney problems. It dissolves the pain in no time!

As someone with slight kidney issues, I want to look for ways to naturally take care of myself. And, supplements like this are a good start.
The problem?
The size of the pills. Not ideal at all. Have to take one at a time, and I’m not that old. At least I didn’t think 40ish was old.
In addition, the HORRIBLE after taste.
After nearly choking on a pill, I gave it a day or two. Maybe it was me. But, the more I took them, the worse it got. I gave it a rest, came back.
I’m still trying to take them, but haven’t seen real benefits. For me, I’d pass on this if given the chance.

I can’t tell if there are any changes in my kidney function with this product. It is primarily (30%) cranberry extract with some minor juniper berry elements but most of it I don’t know us. I can’t really recommend it because I can’t tell if it’s doing any good. I will drink cranberry juice I think.
