These have almost the same if not the same or better ingredients than the it just works body deodorizing pills. My first day I started with one and it did make me have a clean out if you know what I mean, I kept taking one a day and my stomach got used to them. Within a week I had noticed less body odor at work when I’m dancing and my sweat almost smelled faintly sweeter, this definitely works with consistency! (You can move up to two a day when you get used to them but one worked fine for me) When I stopped taking them after about two days it doesn’t work anymore and the deodorizing effect wears off as your body fully metabolizes the product out of your system so you have to keep up with taking these to have results, I don’t know why I stopped taking them I just forget but I will definitely be repurchasing!!! I drink lemon water everyday that with these pills, I felt fresh and healthy, and smelled good with no worries of body odor!

I got this product because a new prescription medication started changing my body chemistry, and I didn’t like the new “smells” as a result of it. So as far as the “smells” go, I’ve only noticed a very small difference – a difference that I’m not sure is worth the current price (also, it’s possible this didn’t work as well for me exactly BECAUSE my change in body chemistry is due to prescription medication, as opposed to natural biological causes). HOWEVER, I did notice an unexpected bonus benefit from using this product…. It made me crave water. I know the directions say that, in order for it to work, you need to consume plenty of water, but this is something that’s always been very difficult for me, no matter how much I try to force myself. But this made it really easy – like I said, I actually CRAVED water! And it decreased my sweet and sugar cravings. I also have fibromyalgia and chronic pain, and for some odd reason, I had less pain, better sleep, and my legs were less fatigued while taking this. I suppose this could also be as a result of taking in more water, but I’ve tried to to drink more water since stopping this product, and I just can’t do it. So I am re-ordering again simply for the benefit of the cravings for water.

It did not turn my poop green. I don’t know if this is even doing anything. Maybe I have slightly less bad breath but toothpaste will fix that. I’ve been taking it everyday but it’s not like anything was really wrong anyway but this isn’t going to be a repurchase. Maybe just chlorophyll tablets instead of all the other ingredients.

Since 2020 an odor appeared. It is now 2024. I smelled like urine from a large city. The smell was coming out of my ears and nose. I tried a lot of products, a lot of everything showers, to the point where I was wasting my hard earned clerk $ on products. After another fake cough from someone who smiles in my face, but fake, I decided to research again and bought this. It works. I was getting to the point where I no longer wanted to go outside, blasted my music to avoid the fake coughs that ppl do when they think someone stinks, and I also was falling into depression. This works for me. I don’t smell at all, which is all I ever wanted. Smelling good is so important for me because in my culture, stinking is not okay.

I hesitated ordering this. I thought…a little pill that makes your sweat/b.o. not noticeable? Yeah,sure. But I eventually talked myself into ordering it. I’m glad I did. It really does work! All that nonsense about your breath smelling like flowers is bs. But I REALLY DO notice that when I sweat it doesn’t smell! Or at least it isn’t noticeable.

I should’ve mention in the 1st review that I’m an overweight person who never smelled too great by the end of a hot sweaty summer day. At least not until BODY MINT!

Ok, here’s the deal. Since I posted my 1st and my *Updated*reviews of Body Mint Lady, I have tried other so-called body deodorizing supplements. NONE OF THEM WORKED!!! I will forever and always only use the BODY MINT BRAND. I prefer the Body Mint Lady but it was out of stock the last time I needed to reorder so I ordered the Body Mint Sport. It works just as well as the Body Mint Lady but it’s not coated like the Lady so you get get green on your fingers. No big deal I guess, but for that reason I prefer the Body Mint Lady.

I have used these supplements for over a month and have noticed a decrease in unpleasant smells. If I forget to take them for more than a day or two I can notice a big difference so these will become a permanent repurchase for me. I have a bottle at my desk at work and another at home so I am never without them. I take 1 in the morning and smell fresh all day and can even skip deodorant.

I have used Body Mint for several years. This women’s formula is not the performer the original Body Mint is. Please just buy the normal one and take 2. I can’t possibly buy this woman’s formula again. It is ineffective 100%.

Of note: I took these for 3 days, experienced weird side effects, stopped taking them for a week and they started again to have the same weird effects happen.
I didn’t take these long enough to experience any positive effects so these could very ‘work’ for BO but I can’t speak to that.
Side effects: I have, with rare exceptions, have a very regular digestive system for 46 years. After taking these two nights in a row, I had extremely unpleasant cramping and constipation on the 3rd morning both times I tried this product.
I also experienced intense, long lasting cramping in the upper backs of both legs that took hours to stretch out both times I tried this product on the third day of use.
I realize that constipation and muscle cramps both signs of dehydration and this has led me wonder whether it’s possible that this product somehow caused water retention that led to both issues? Sadly, had to toss these in the trash.
