I do not like the taste of this–tastes TOO sweet like sugar water. And I have NO idea if it works or not but I did take the whole bottle. I prob won’t buy this again.

This is a great zinc. The taste is strong as zinc tends to linger… but it does it’s job very well and I’m very happy with it. This is my first experience with ionic liquid zinc.

Nature’s Truth Ionic Liquid Zinc Supplement has been my most pleasant experience with a zinc supplement so far. Having zinc in liquid form really has been the game-changer for me, and particularly with this product because it has almost no flavor in a glass of water. I did make an attempt at drinking it directly from the dropper as the bottle offers it as an option. I wouldn’t say the flavor was the problem, but perhaps at high concentrations, something about the aftertaste of the zinc is a bit overwhelming. The 2 ml daily dose is so simple which makes it easy to be consistent. I’ve had no adverse reactions to the increase of daily zinc intake, and no GI issues to to speak after nearly a month of use. I would definitely recommend this liquid to someone hoping to simplify zinc supplementation who would rather not deal with additive-filled capsules.

I ordered this for my husband who is having a difficult time taking pills. This liquid is very easy to take and doesn’t have a bad taste even when put directly in your mouth. It has a sweetish fruit type flavor.
For dosing on the bottle it says the dose is 2 ml, which is 2 of the marked droppers for each dose. However, when I compare this dose of 8mg to my other zinc supplements, my other supplements have about 2 times the amount of zinc per serving. So to make the equivalent amount of zinc it would be 4 droppers full, which would be a lot and one bottle would only give you a 15 day supply. I’m not sure what amount of zinc you want to be taking as it may depend on why you are taking it.
This being a liquid ionic zinc sulphate apparently has a high absorption rate.
Overall I am happy with this supplement because it is so easy to take and Natures Truth is a reputable brand.

I was surprised that my kids didn’t mind the taste at all. I love adding zinc to days that we are not feeling well or just to get an additional amount during seasons of high sickness rate. This is easy to use and has the measurements on the dropper for easy use.

This is a low dosage liquid Zinc supplement. The liquid is clear and had a slight thickness to it, being a glycerin based solution. It has a mild berry flavor and is a bit sweet. The good and bad of a low dose supplement, is it gives you control of how much you take. If you are sensitive to Zinc, this is a great way to control how much you take. The bottle contains 59 ml with each eyedropper pulling 1 ml. So based on the 2 ml serving size, the bottle contains 24.5 servings. I took this straight but think I would enjoy it more when added to a beverage, which is easy to do. If the flexibility of liquid Zinc is something you are looking for, this may be a good solution. It is a bit more expensive than Zinc in pill form.

I like this ionic zinc. Zinc is something I like to take to keep colds at bay, or at least shorten them. Usually you get zinc in a lozenge that you need to slowly dissolve in your mouth. I never have the patience for that, so the liquid dropper format is great for me. The taste is strong and sweet, but I’ll get through it.
