This version of Tooffi’s D3 K2 Supplement is a higher dose. It’s good for those who have low vitiamin D and need to take a higher dose temporarily to build it back up. Maybe you have had your vitamin D levels tested and know that this is ideal for you, but it’s best to check with your doctor if you don’t know what potency you need. That said, it seems to be a high quality formula. The best thing is that it’s a very small slippery softgel that is super easy to swallow.

I need to supplement with vitamin D at least once or twice a week as I havechronically low levels. I normally take a popular brand from a local store. I actually like these better. The shape and size of these pills, because they are narrower at each end like a football, make them much easier to swallow. I have narrowing of my esophagus so sometimes that can be an issue as pills Can get stuck partway down. But swallowing these is no problem at all. These are a little higher in vitamin D than my other ones and so I noticed an improvement of my energy levels and mood much quicker than the other brand and size. I can definitely recommend these for easy to swallow and quick absorption.

I can’t go into the sun without sun protection so I always take a Vit D supplement. I have tried many and this is a top contender for favorite. I like that it also has Vit K and that it is made with coconut oil. I try to use coconut oil in many ways because of the benefits. I haven’t had any negative reactions to this supplement and I have to say that I feel more energized now that I am taking it.

This is a big bag of pills. You get 120 softgels which are easy to swallow. They are a cream colored pill. Also, these pills are about double the strength of most D3 and K2 supplements that I normally find.
The ingredients aside from D and K is coconut oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water. Since it contains coconut, it also says it contains tree nuts. I think that is an allergy warning.
The bag says Manufactured for vision LTD and there is an address in Denver, CO.
The instructions say to take 2 softgel daily with meals. I most definitely will NOT take 2 in a day since these are already stronger than my normal daily D and K supplement. So this is a 4 month supply for me.
Expiration date isn’t until May of 2026, so I have plenty of time.
The bag versus the bottle is sort of strange, but it opens and closes easily so it is fine.

II like the ingredients in these Vitamin D3 K2 Supplement Softgels, I’ve been using similar products for years. I get my D levels tested regularly, so I know that 10000 IU is too much for me. I take these softgels a few times a week and continue using a separate source of K2 daily. These softgels came well packaged, not leaking or stuck together, they have no discernable taste when I swallow them. I keep them in the refrigerator as recommended on the package. These are the particular forms of vitmin K# and D2 that I prefer. The additional ingredients are not objectionable, they are made with coconut oil. Overall a good addition to my supplement regimen.

After being told I should be taking D3, I have tried different solutions. I have found that liquid form is definitely not my favorite. These softgels have been great! They don’t get stuck in my throat like some supplements can. Whatever the capsule is made of, it doesn’t turn instantly sticky as soon as it hits liquid. A huge plus for me!
I only take 1 a day and store the bag in the fridge (recommendation on the packaging). They have not caused any stomach issues. I don’t mind that they come in a pouch vs a container but the sealing “zipper” is really strong. Luckily the pouch is too! I haven’t broken it by fighting to open it.

This is a wonderful supplement! After doing tons of research on vitamins, I have found that 10,000 of D is ideal for the average American. It sounds like a lot, but it really isn’t. AND it needs to have K with it, which this does. I also love that this comes in a handy bag, in easy-to-swallow capsules that are pliable and soft. The capsules don’t smell either. I am honestly just inspired to take them because of their shape. I am so tired of capsules that get stuck in my throat. These don’t!

This supplement comes with 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of vitamin K2 in each softgel. That’s about double the typical dosage of vitamin D3 and K2 supplements that I usually come across. It’s great if you’ve been told by your doctor that you are vitamin D deficient, and need that strong of a dosage to bring up your vitamin D levels. If you are not vitamin D deficient, or don’t know if you are or not, I would strongly suggest talking to your doctor and checking your vitamin D levels before taking this supplement, as 4,000 IU is considered the safe upper limit of vitamin D daily intake, and taking more than that can potentially lead to vitamin D toxicity.
