Being laid up, I haven’t been able to get much sun in a couple years, so these are great for my health. My Vitamin D is low and this high potency Vitamin D3 with K2 is giving me what I have been missing. Bloodwork showed that I was deficient and this gives me a chance to boost my levels without spending a fortune. For less than a normal one month supply, I have enough for a four month supply taking one per day. Each softgel is a little larger than others I have taken, but they still went down alright with no gag reflex. There is no funny odor or flavor and the pouch is resealable; I actually expected a bottle, but the pouch is lined and the zipper works well, so they will keep for the four months with no problem. They also are made using coconut oil, which is a healthier oil and good for absorption, so these are what I had been needing all along. I suggest talking to your health professional first before using a higher potency vitamin, but I am not foreseeing any issue with using them. Recommended: 5*****

This high dosage is especially useful if you have a deficiency. Combined with k2 for better absorption. I have ordered several different brands of these high vitamin d bags. This one contains a slightly larger size soft gel. It’s still small.
The instructions have me confused. It states that the suggested dose is two softgels daily.
The bag also states that a serving size is one softgel.

My doctor told me that I should start taking vitamin D to raise my levels. I did some research and found that vitamin D should be taken with vitamin K alongside it, so it was really great to find this with both in one. I haven’t gotten retested yet but hopefully it’s helping!

This is an easy to take soft gel. It is a small capsule thatvis very easy to swallow. It has no after taste and I’ve had no issues taking it. I take just 1 a day.

We’ve been taking supplements most of our adult lives. First it was to be sure we got what we needed, even when we weren’t getting it through food. As time has gone by, we’ve refined our routine to target specific areas of need. Calcium for bone and teeth health is a big are of need for all of us getting older. Over the last couple of years, we’ve come to learn that Vitamins D3 & K2 can help the process of calcium absorption and direct it to the bones and teeth where it’s needed. The addition of Coconut Oil may also help with better absorption, along with providing a quick boost of energy. Quite a combination.

Fast shipping. Made in China got you 4 stars. Serving size 1 but take 2 soft gels got you 3 stars. Easy to take softgel. I would definitely recommend having a doctor ok for these before consuming. Blessings.
