It’s only been a week so far, but taking these I feel a good difference in my energy levels. They are more consistent through out the day. So far I love them. Maybe after I finish the bottle I’ll give an update.
UPDATE: After a long time of trail and error finding the right HBP medicine and what causes my migraines, I found that my migraines are hormonal and now that I have the right medicine, I can tell these supplements have made a big difference with my migraines. During the time of my menstrual period I only had to take migraine medication twice so far. The other days excedrine would suffice. Mind you, I just started taking these again this month, since putting these on hold. 👍🏾 good supplements

I did try this, but without a doctor’s recommendation and the effect was opposite of what I hoped for (random weight gain). Please keep in mind, if your thyroid is medically working as it should then you don’t need this; it will potentially cause an overactive thyroid condition and lead to sudden weight gain.

My wife has been taking the supplement for 5 days. She Has been on a script for Synthroid but now it doesn’t seem to be working at all. She has metabolic syndrome and so I’m sure her conversion rate is not the best. Last week she started taking ashwagandha and this supplement twice a day, AshwAganda was 500 mg.She has improved from a serious depression and lethargy to where she was when the Synthroid seemed to work. We added the extra ashwagandha because of her anxiety which causes extreme volatility in her blood pressure. All these things and more Contribute to low thyroid function In the production of thyroid hormones and the conversion By the liver, kidneys and other organs Of T4 To T3.She has a doctor’s appointment coming up in a month and we’re going to try and convince him to give her more than just the TSH test and actually measure the conversion of T3. I believe we will try to convince him but I’m pretty sure he’s just going to pawn this off on an endocrinologist. If he does will order our raw thyroid from Thailand where it’s over the counter. We are tired of the madness that is our medical system. We are very impressed with this supplement . As we age our ability to absorb these important co-factors in conversion is impaired and I’m sure the extra supplementation has benefited my wife greatly.
