This a great quality supplement, it seems fresh and I’ve felt great taking it. The ingredients are all supportive of energy and anti aging and I’m definitely all for that. The capsules are small and really easy to take. As with most supplements there are no instant results, but I do feel good taking these and haven’t had any negative effects. There are no fillers or anything and it says made in USA on the bottle. I’ve been studying on the benefits of ca-akg and I’m glad this has that and several other great compounds including mangosteen! Really great powerhouse of a supplement, good value.
