I learned about Sulforphane due to being estrogen dominant and over 60. Broccoli is high in sulforphane but cooking it must be specific and in broccoli sprouts, you must grow them to get the best benefits. Being able to have this supplement to add to my routine to decrease my estrogen dominance (breast cancer is often the result), gives me comfort to knowing that I am doing all that I can. The capsule is tiny and easy to swallow; no taste and travels easily. I would recommend anyone who knows they’re estrogen dominant to research this supplement and all the benefits it brings with it.

Doublewood Sulforaphane is a highly potent source of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory at a very reasonable cost. Taking these capsules is a way for me to “eat” broccoli everyday.

I saw this product and instantly I wanted to get some, I’ve known this about broccoli for a long time. I couldn’t even tell I took it as far as taste or a feeling and I really didn’t expect I would but I’m sure the ingrediants got into the system possibly even better than food value I’m sure with a capsule delivery into the digestive tract. All I can say to you is try it or add it too your supplement regime it can’t hurt thats a given. As far as quality the other products from doublewood have been very good quality so I’d count as this being high quality as well.

I’ve enjoyed using the product so far; love the pill size and the benefits of sulforaphane brings. No issues whatsoever, taking them. I’m already familiar with sulforaphane, as I have been taking it SPECIFICALLY for TH1 autoimmune support. Once again, Double Wood has come onto the scene as somewhat of a market disruptor: Offering a quality product at great prices, from a brand that I can trust. I will continue to use the product.

I read one customer review ( in the one star reviews) who claimed they tested the product and found no sulforaphane in it. I am therefore agnostic. Maybe I’ll just eat more broccoli.

I have been taking sulforaphane since mid-September. I feel it gives me more energy. The capsule is tiny and has no taste. I agree w/the reviewer who commented that Doublewood company is a bit of a market disrupter. Although the price of this supplement will probably increase, I am glad to get it for this low price at the moment and feel that it is worth what I am paying. I use other Doublewood supplements and will continue to do so. My only “issue” with the company is that it should figure out how to ship subscription supplements together when ordered at the same time from their website. This would minimize post office handling and excess packaging.

I stumbled over this stuff on a sub-Reddit for Sluggish Cognitive Tempo now known as Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome. This stuff is amazing, I’m tackling long undone tasks one after the other since I started taking it. I’m nearly 70 and none of the typical ADHD meds have ever worked for me. Our home is cluttered by many, many half finished projects inside and out. That situation is changing for the better one step at a time, one day at a time.

I bought this because I have prostate cancer. I’ve had surgery, radiation and drug therapy. My cancer has returned. Doing monthly blood tests showed my PSA rising. I started using this product at 20mg. Increasing to 30mg seemed for me to make the difference. After 2 months my PSA dropped from 0.37ng to 0.26ng after a steady rise from non detectable levels. I went from using 20mg to 30mg of sulforaphane and that seemed to be the level that I feel made the difference in my tests. My problem is my stomach and intestines cannot handle sulforaphane. I get very painful reactions now when using it. So I need to stop using this product. I’m researching if there is a way to overcome the side effects of sulforaphane. Possibly using seed extract is the culprit. I was hoping that slowing my PSA would extend my time between cancer treatments. It seems like the path is never without obstacles. I’m not recommending this as a replacement for medical treatment for prostate cancer. Just sharing.
