My doctor suggested I add Quercetin to my supplements to aid my daily immune support. Happy to find this Quercetin by TenMid. It’s a good size capsule, but easy to swallow. Capsule digests completely unlike some which pass through digestive tract.
No adverse affects or stomach issues/discomfort. I suffer from knee pain but did not notice any additional relief when I took these, however I’ve been very active and I did not notice any additional pain which I usually experience.

I have been taking these for awhile and this brand for about half a month now. Although I can’t say these are the perfect ones I like that they are a higher mg at an affordable price. Although you can obtain quercetin by eating unpeeled apples, dark cherries, cocoa, dark leafy greens, green tea, onions and a few other things, chances are good you’re not getting enough. There are many options available and I’ve tried a few. I never liked those those with bromelain or Vit C. After a month of using Tenmido Quercetin I like it and I’m sure you will. Only one pill includes Berberine to lower blood sugar and improve heart health, Turmeric to relieve pain and act as an anti-inflammatory, Stinging Nettle for prostate support and urinary tract health, and Black Pepper – an antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory that helps lower cholesterol levels. Research the immunological effects and you’ll be glad you added this to your arsenal.

I love this product. I’ve noticed my bak isn’t hurting as bad and I have trigger finger which is when your finger curls up and locks in place and you have a dificult time opening it but since I started taking it, it has helped a lot. I highly recommend this but besure to consult your physician before use.

The TenMid Quercetin has additional herbs in its formulation. It doesn’t have any binders or fillers in their capsules which is another added bonus.
