I’ve been taking these for half the bottle now and having already noticed less hair shedding! I’m eager to see the results when I finish the rest of the bottle. I haven’t noticed any change in my weak nails at this point, but I’m still hopeful as I have more to go. I’d order this again to keep with the regimen.

I have had a problem with my hair thinning and not feeling as full so I thought I would give this supplement a try. It is easy to take with only one capsule per serving and the capsules are small enough so that they are easy to swallow. They have a peppermint smell that I really like that make them more palatable as well.
After taking this supplement for over two weeks my hair looks and feels healthier. I also haven’t noticed nearly as much of my hair falling out in the shower which is a wonderful sign. I think this supplement is a bit on the pricey side but it is worth it if it keeps my hair healthy and prevents further hair loss.

The supplement is an easy addition to add to your morning routine, the serving size is one capsule and they’re relatively small and easily swallowed. As far as its effects, it’s hard to gauge as my girlfriend has been taking it for a short period of time, but going through menopause causes a lot of different issues and this supplement is in hopes to help reduce some of its effects.
The capsules themselves have a peppermint sent to them and actually when the capsule touched my lips it left a cooling effect, I’m guessing there’s some sort of peppermint oil in this supplement.
Expensive but if the product shows signs of working as advertised we will be ordering more in the future.

I’m not even referring to the ingredient although it does look top-notch. What impressed me most about this product was the info about the CEO and her story. Right under that is a statement saying “this product was prayed over”. I’ve never seen anything like that and even though I’m not religious AT ALL, that really bestows trust that this brand cares about its customers and therefore provides quality product.
This particular product has a type of keratin I’m not at all familiar with. I was intrigued by the fact that it contains a minimum of 75% proteins so I did some more research on my own. What I found is that keragen-iv which is sourced from wool is not only backed by scientific research but also it shares 91% commonality with keratin produced by the human body. On top of thar goodness, these pills have a nice minty taste. I have a LOT of confidence in this brand and my expectations are pretty high.

I’ve been trying this supplement for about a week, and I think that this is a high quality keratin supplement, there isn’t any side effects that I experience. I do like the mint tab in the bottle that keeps these capsules minty and refreshing. While I cannot measure the rate of hair loss, I do feel that overall my hair and nails do feel stronger and healthier. I do take biotin supplements, as well as a mild shampoo that is phthalate free with rosemary oil and aloe vera.
I did a search on the internet and find the KeraGen technology of extracting keratin from wool to be very innovative, sustainable and really great that it’s vegetarian certified. The pricing is on the high side for a 30 day supply, however if it continues to show progress towards strengthening my hair I’d be willing to purchase.

If hair shedding is a problem for you, these supplements could help. I’ve been experiencing hair shedding for years and these vitamins really do seem to help. I see less hair in the shower drain and in my brush. That said you must know that everyone is different and that the FDA has not approved these, yada, yada.
Contains something called KeraGEN-IV, , keratin that is supposed to stimulate your natural collagen production.
As a side effect, I also noticed the skin on my elbows is starting to become less cracked and dry.

Thanks to the pandemic I experienced unexpected hair loss in early 2022 so, as per my doctors’ recommendation, I’ve been taking some form of keratin ever since and I have really seen a difference! My hair doesn’t seem to be growing faster but it DOES seem thicker and healthier – and my nails are growing like weeds!
These capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow. The dosage is just 1 pill per day which makes this a bit pricey at $1/day but I do like the plant-based source and knowing that the product is “prayed over” makes me feel encouraged and blessed!
As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. This particular supplement contains very unique ingredients with zero overlap with the other vitamins I’m taking. ✔
Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking biotin/collagen for some time now and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with these; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly.
