The supplement itself seems good. I have only had it for a short time, so I can’t comment on the content or health results. It has a nice pleasant, mild taste to it which is nice for a liquid medicine. However, the instructions say to take 200 ml at a time. However, try as I might the dropper only fills to 0.75 ml and that makes it a little tricky to get the correct dosage. This even though the dropper has measurements to 1 ml. Be nice to have it available in a capsule form.

After taking capsule supplements for many years, I decided to delve into the liquid versions to test if they actually made a noticeable difference. I can say, this one has. I noticed that my body felt the effects quicker. Now this made me rethink taking my capsule supplements. The taste is fine by itself. My only issue is that the ‘pineapple natural flavoring’ ingredients are not disclosed on the label. This is important to most people, along with me who cares what I put in my body. So I hope the company changes this for future batches and discloses the FULL list of ingredients.

I have been really trying to get more magnesium as I am aware that I show signs of deficiency. I really like taking this type as its easy and I feel like it is fast absorbing.
My wife takes it before bed and find that it helps her fall asleep.
I also take it when I ride long distances on my bike and experience cramps in my legs. It helps with the Potassium content as well to really fight the cramping in the moment.
Would purchase again.

Due to chronic illness, my joints are hypermobile which causes my muscles to have to work harder to overcompensate for the lack of stability caused by my defective connective tissue. This makes it essentially physically impossible for me to “relax” and bedtime is a difficult, ineffective, and stressful time for myself and many with my cluster of genetic disorders.
I’m suffering from major pill fatigue and an loving the liquid supplements available lately. I spotted this particular gem and ordered the 2-pack of 1 fl. oz. amber glass dropper bottles in pineapple flavor. The items arrived and looked exactly as they appeared on the Amazon marketplace. I love the convenience of the 2-pack of 1oz. bottles. I love bulk amounts and multi-packs because allow one to really evaluate the effectiveness of a product. Plus I’m terrible at reordering things on time. All things.
This liquid supplement has a good combination of electrolyte minerals within its multiple magnesium complex, which are calcium ad potassium, and it also includes immune boosting zinc. The supplement contains beneficial vitamins thoughtfully added including B6 to help with magnesium absorption and has vitamins C, D3, and K2 for even more immune boosting micronutrients.
Lastly, the supplement also contains the bonus add-ins of Omega 3 oil from chia seed, sea moss, black seed oil, and black pepper extract (piperine). Many of these ingredients serve to improve energy, inflammation, and overall wellbeing. I definitely like the combination of ingredients and that many of their sources are listed as real and from from nature rather than chemically formulated in a laboratory.
The consistency of the liquid is indeed liquid-y and it goes down the gullet easily. It’s not overly thick or viscous as some liquid supplements can be. It smells pleasant and tastes good. The supplement dissolves very easily into other liquids and tasted great mixed into my passionfruit flavored electrolyte drink. It has a nice sweet pineapple taste and is incredibly easy to use. One has two options – simply dissolve your serving into a drink of your choice or take the supplement sublingually (under the tongue). The second method for administration is definitely much easier with a nicely flavored product like this one. : )
Overall, I consider this product’s quality and value to be good for the cost. I was able to use the supplement immediately and noticed some relaxation in my muscle tension especially in my back, so I do feel it has benefits such as easing tight muscles and can be effective at that. The combination of ingredients is thoughtfully crafted and I like and would order this product again.
