So, the Granagard Omega 3, Fish Oil Supplements seem to make a difference in my daily health routine.
I have only used these for 1 day so far, but immediately noticed a change for the better.
This is the weekend and my list is long. Being tired from the week, I made my weekend list and proceeded to tally off. Rather than dragging myself through the day, the tasks seemed to melt away without a hitch.
I am NOT saying that these fish oil supplements are the reason, but my day did go better than usual mentally and physically. Though process better than most weekends and felt well.
The caps are large, but not so large that they don’t slide down. See pic.
I have NOT noticed any fish odor, but I’m just me and have been around me all day. Generally, I can smell if something is off. No ‘off’ smell today.
I take a thyroid med and iron and D3 supplements each day and was concerned about interactions.
After researching contraindications, it appears that there are none for me. Please check on your own situation before taking any supplements or meds.
My hope is that even though I have tuna several times a week, that these will aid in my inflammation issues from arthritis.
Time will tell if this is the case. I will update if any issues arise. In the meantime, my routine will be to add 1 softgel a day at mealtime. The recommended dosage is from 1-3 gels a day. I’m so far content with 1.
Considering the history of fish oil, I’m looking forward to better health.

So far i believe it is working. I can’t say 100% since i didn’t do any lab works before or during taking it. It doesnt give me that fishy taste or smell and no adverse effects. So im going to give this one a thumbs up.

I was very impressed with this fish oil it’s a step above all other fish oils I have seen. It boasts a nanotech made oil that dissolves fully in water making it more bio-available and delivering directly to organs. The pills are large but thin and easy to swallow. Not likely to get stuck in your throat like some pills and they have no detectable smell of fish or anything. They are very delicate and smoothe softgel capsules with a consistent and rich looking oil inside. Made in a first world country with very high standards for cleanliness and quality checks. I was very pleased with the way these pills look and feel and I feel good when taking them and not skeptical or suspicious of the claims or quality of the product. I was happy to get these and I would definitely get these again over other fish oil brands. Well worth the money.

Instructions advise use of 1-3 pills daily. I’ve only taken one soft gel twice daily with meals. Pleasantly surprised that there’s no fishy after taste or “fish burps”. The negatives of this product are the screw on top is difficult to open and close, which may be challenging for consumers with arthritic hands or limited mobility. Also, there was no “seal of freshness” when the product was originally opened. The cap itself did have a tab that had to be broken off prior to first use by forcefully unscrewing the cap.

I love this product! The fact that you get more in one pill than other brands sold me (4x potency). I’ve been taking Omegas for years and I’ve always had that fishy aftertaste. I do not with these.
The bottle contains 60 soft gels and you can take 1-3 a day. I take just one, given I take other Omega supplements. Omegas are needed for many things your body needs. Heart health for sure! Research and see what the benefits are!
If it holds true, I will know on my next scheduled blood test. Love the locking cap too!

This bottle of Nano Omega 3 Fish Oil soft-gels from GranaGard arrived as shown in the listing here. The bottle contains 60 soft-gels. The suggested use is to take 1 soft-gel 1-3 times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. These Omega 3 Fish Oil softgels use a, “Nanotech Formulation”, that is supposed to make the fish oil dissolve into water instead of float on top of it, thereby increasing absorption within the body. Each softgel has 116mg EPA and 46mg DHA per serving.
I find these soft-gels to be a bit longer, but not as wide as the typical fish oil soft-gels I’ve encountered, however I found them easy to swallow. The soft-gels also digest well, I didn’t encounter fishy burps or anything. So far, so good. No complaints. Made in Israel.
