This review will cover three points (for now). Price, usability and efficacy. The price for all the WSN products are much too high IMHO. This is across the board for ALL their products. Having said that I STILL purchase their products because at least one of them (Nerve Support Formula) is an absolutely PROVEN product to me. Soooo, I decided to give this Fish Oil a chance. I am still taking my first (and last?) bottle and will decide further after my next doctor visit. I have never found a way to take Omega 3 supplements that I can handle. I have tried various formulations of supplements and even tried eating the recommended fish instead and my system revolts. The aftermath of ingesting the required stuff is not worth it. The aftertaste and indigestion I experience is MORE than unpleasant. This pill is different. Even with my sensitivity this supplement is palatable. There is only an extremely mild aftertaste on occasion that lasts for a second or two… which leads to the third point. Efficacy. I am not aware of any monumental improvements in any area, but I was experiencing hip joint discomfort because I have been walking like a fiend to improve my health. Since taking these pills that has gone away. Coincidence? Not sure. My skin is sensitive to winter’s cold and we have been experiencing a lot of that lately and I am not having dry skin issues. It is hard to quantify an absence. Nevertheless, I am really waiting to see my triglyceride levels when I go to the doctor in a couple of weeks. That will be a large factor in whether finally finding an Omega 3 supplement I can take is truly beneficial or just a really expensive placebo. I hope this helps someone else and I hope to update when I get my blood work done.
Okay, I am sold. I quit for three weeks and my hip joint pain returned and my skin dried out. I did get my triglyceride level report from my doctor and I dropped from 216 to 118 in four months. I had lost thirty pounds, but that is still a PHENOMENAL drop. My target level was <150 and went from way too far over to well below. That is with only taking the fish oil for 1 month. I bought three more bottles. I got a better deal on shipping this way and my wife (who suffers from fibromyalgia) has a thirty day trial on me. I like it!
Update. I have taken two gelcaps a day for about a year or so and my triglyceride levels have been 51 and under!!! for almost the whole time. Used to use steroid cream for dry skin, but not since taking this fish oil. I walk 3 stories of stairs 50 rounds a day 5 days a week and my feet and my hip joints give very little discomfort. I just order two bottles at a time to cut down on shipping costs. Almost never have any hint of aftertaste. This is the only supplement I never let myself do without.

I feel a difference when I take this – and when I don’t!! My knee is the most obvious. It started bothering me when doing certain lifting exercises such as squats, due to possibly improper form in the beginning or just genetics, and this has helped a lot. I also think it helps with mood! 🙂

This is the only fish oil i have ever used. My chiropractor mandate i take fish oil. I burp and my cat can smell fish lol. Based on the fishy reviews from other brands, the little bit fishy with this one isnt bad.

I tried many fish oils to combine with glucosamine chondroitin to relieve joint pain. Nothing worked until my Dr.. recommended cold water fish oil and after researching different products, I felt that this product was the best choice to try.
I’ve been using it for over a year and it works great, much better than the national brand that had Omega 3 featured. I would highly recommend this product!
