I like fish oil speaking generally and try to keep it in stock wherever possible. It’s an important supplement that gives access to nutrients that we don’t usually get a lot of unless we have specific foods in our diet, yet they have some health benefits that make them worth taking in general. This container comes with a lot of them, they are easy to swallow, don’t have a too strong taste, and are potent meaning a stronger effect. They say it’s sourced from wild caught fish. I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing given the state of the ocean but that would be my only gripe otherwise.

Fish oils have essential fatty acids responsible for your brains nerve conduction, nervous system and lining of your blood vessels and heart (endothelial lining). They are called essential for a reason and that reason is because your body needs to get these fata from external sources and are not made to large degree within your body.
Taking fish oil every day should be apart of regular healthy diet and nutrition program, a long with a quality multivitamin.
This fish is oil has good quality ingredients that have been tested for heavy metals (like mercury and lead) which is important and lacking on lower quality fish oils. I would recommend this to my patients.

The product bottle is stamped with the expiration date and is safety sealed. this has 120 capsules and dose recommend is three per day and to take 1 per meal so a 40 day supply. I like that they are heavy metal tested, made in a GMP certified facility, Non-GMO, gluten-free, sustainably sourced. I did not notice any taste, no aftertaste nor gastric distress. I don’t like the size as like many fish oil capsules are a bit larger than other supplements. Such an important supplement needed by many and recommend.
