I was very excited to use this supplement because I’ve seen it all over tiktok and I’ve tried the IV form of this before but it’s very inconvenient to go get that treatment so I was excited to see what taking it this way could do for me but it causes stomach cramping for me in the morning. I tried taking it with a very heavy meal and I still had the same issues.

Great ingredients, I am on my second week of taking it and no issues to complain about, hoping the NAD+ lives up to the hype, my only complain of this product is the packaging or the assembly of thee capsules themselves, I received the product and opened the box to find it full of powder that spilled out of the capsules, I fund two empty ones as you can see in the picture , I hope the lack of the quality control is only for the packaging and not the product itself
UPDATE: The seller reached out tome and offered to replace the item, they explained that they can’t controll how the shipped product is handled along the way, myreplacement product arrived with no issues at all, this is a quality product and i have received dmaged products before so this is not an exception, back up to 5 stars as the seller fully stands behind their products

This combination of ingredients is great. There is apparently a bit of synergy here, as resveratrol and NR taken together have some evidence of boosting the effectiveness of both. I am not a doctor, so of course consult with medical professionals, but there does seem to be a decent amount of data about these compounds now. I really like that these are combined in one supplement. The price is also pretty decent too, compared to other similar supplements. No complaints so far.
