With not being able to supplement NAD directly via oral supplements, Nicotinamide Riboside is a good way to boost NAD levels. The addition of Resveratrol is also a nice touch.
Only concern is that I’ve seen at least a half-dozen versions of this product. These are likely all the same thing just different labels on it. I’d compare against supplements produced by larger names.

NAD is on the leading edge of recommended supplements and I needed to increase my energy and vitality so I had to see what it was about. So far after a few days I definitely feel more clear headed and have more energy. The gel caps go down easily and unlike common supplements such as fish oil or C these have not affected my stomach yet. One star off because the end manufacturer is not named (just “made in China”) and food safety is of huge importance these days. Recommended provisionally.
