These are capsules that are a little larger than most, but not by much. They are easy to take and with higher potency than the standard Nicotinamide capsule.

I like to take Resveratrol for energy and anti-aging effects. In general, it helps me to feel better. Specifically, these work for me and are a good price point. The recommended dose is 2 per day. I only take 1 per day.

I have never had a NAD supplement before, they suggest 2/day. This is an oddball clocking in at a 40 day supply. The price per day is under 50 cents which is good if you are seeing results. After three weeks, I am not. Although I can’t say I have had any negative effects either. I’m going to keep at it and try another brand with the same formulation after. If I have any change in results or see a difference with the other brand, I will update this review.
