This supplement lists many benefits that are hard to measure after just 1 month of use. What I have noticed so far is that I don’t tire as easily during the day. I feel like I have the energy to continue a task longer than before. I will continue to see what else happens.

This NAD supplement aids your cellular health by providing the ingredient that helps power your mitochondria which is the cell’s power generator. They exist in every cell in the human body and as we age, they loose their ability to provide the power that generates our life force. So I believe this supplement will slow down the effects of aging and may even extend our lives. Do they work? It’s hard to prove it on an individual basis, but I do notice a subtle improvement in my energy levels after using these for a few weeks. They are well made and nicely packaged. I will continue to use these.

I had to consult Dr. Google about the primary active ingredient; for your convenience here’s what I found:
Niacinamide or nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 found in food and used as a dietary supplement and medication. As a supplement, it is used orally (swallowed by mouth) to prevent and treat pellagra (niacin deficiency). While nicotinic acid (niacin) may be used for this purpose, niacinamide has the benefit of not causing skin flushing.
These capsules are easy to swallow with no noticeable smell, and I’ve had no adverse reactions.
I really appreciate that the “extra” vitamins are on the minimal side; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can cause some real math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something. It’s always good to check with your physician to make sure you’re getting the right information for YOU but I feel very comfortable taking this blend.
The listed dosage is two capsules per day which makes this a very reasonable supplement that will last 40 days (80 capsules for $35.99 ($0.90 / day) at the time of this review). There is currently a coupon for 20% off which makes it even more affordable.
It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking these vitamins at this dosage for several years and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with these; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly.

I like that this is a clean product as a supplement offering benefits including antioxidant and the bodies cellular repair support. The main ingredient is Nicotinamide Riboside which is known to be more readily absorbed than other NAD+ precursors. This formulation also includes resveratrol and quercetin. For better resveratrol absorption, I like that they’ve included trans-resveratrol (from Japanese knotweed) and combined it with galactomannan fibers from fenugreek, giving your body more of an opportunity to put it to good use. I am taking the suggested 2 easy to swallow capsules a day, and for me it’s easy on the stomach. The container of 80 capsules provides a 40 day supply. It’s good to know that this is manufactured in a GMP facility and is 3rd party lab tested. Consider this option like I did if you are looking to reap the benefits of a quality NAD Supplement formulation.

These nicotinamide riboside, liposomal resveratrol, and quercetin supplement capsules are made well and good to me.
The smell is nothing to me.
The flavor and taste are not much either with me.
It’s easy for me to swallow them.
It’s a good value for the money to me.
I am going to finish them first before I may come back for more comments and more stars later on.

I have just begun to take this supplement of Liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside, which is quite the mouthful. Basically this is a good form of B3, that adds NAD+, which is a vitamin that can be more of a challenge to maintain as we get older as it has been noted to decline with age. So with getting older I have chosen to add this to my supplements to benefit my health. Obviously there are specific health advantages that are claimed with this and will vary between individuals and no supplement can claim to treat, cure or prevent any disease. However I am hoping that this added supplement will be a win in health for me.
