This melatonin works great for this insomniac! I was diagnosed with sleep disorders years ago and I’ve tried almost every prescription drug out there, some with unpleasant side effects. This melatonin seems to do the trick. I take it with L-theanine to get my brain to chill out so the melatonin can do its job. The strength is perfect too.

I have a very hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Melatonin doesn’t really help me. This product though I could actually feel it trying to work on me! So I have to give it a good rating do to I believe it will help others. Seems to have good potency.

I bought the 10 mg in order to take less of the lower dosages, but I didn’t find these 10’s to be as potent as lower dosage tablets I was taking. I had to take 3 of these (30 mg’s) to get the same affect of 3 of my 5 mg (15 mg’s total) and they still did not help me with all night sleep. So very frustrating. What I do like about these tablets is the tiny size. Made for much easier to swallow, but then that may be why they are as potent as the lower mg tablets because they are about twice this size.

I have insomnia and prefer not to take prescription medication if at all possible. I’ve tried every over-the-counter sleep aid, and most of the ‘natural’ ones, without success so I was very skeptical of trying yet another but figured I’d give the melatonin a try. To my surprise, it does help me quite a bit. I take 2 pills a couple of hours before bed and it really does seem to help me sleep longer (my insomnia doesn’t generally affect my ability to get to sleep, it affects my ability to stay asleep). Insomnia has many variations and causes, so what works for one person may not necessarily work for someone else, but speaking for my situation only, this has definitely helped when nothing else I tried (short of prescription medication) did. I definitely plan to continue with it.

I am skittish when it comes to purchasing supplements from a company I have never heard of. It turns out these pills are made in the United States by a company in New Jersey. When the bottle arrived my confidence was boosted further by the quality packaging, labeling, and multiple seals around the screw top lid and over the bottle opening.
Melatonin is a natural sleep aid. I work in and IT role. As you might know, working odd hours sometimes comes with this territory. There are times when I need to force my self asleep in the afternoon so I can wake up at midnight ready to work for six hours. Also, there are times when I have been up through the evening and have trouble going to sleep the next morning because I used caffeine drinks to stay awake. A dose of melatonin is a big help when trying to fall asleep.
Melatonin is also not habit forming. My one complaint on this produce is the pill size. 10mg is a high dose for me. I typically take two 3mg tablets. It would be better to have smaller pills so people could pick their dosage. However, these could be cut with a pill cutter, albeit that is inconvenient. I will still use these for times when I need a higher dose.
I am pleased with this purchase. It’s a good value from an American company. I did receive this product at a discounted rate in order for me to provide this review. However, my views noted above are my own and were not swayed by the discount.

The bottle looks good until you look inside. Pills barely covered the bottom of the bottle, about 1/4 inch. Pills were microscopic and maybe would fill a tablespoon. That’s so stupid, i hope they work better than the size. Won’t order again.
