I read one review that turned me off it said it only had cotton in it no safety seal that is untrue it had a seal around the cap and a peel seal inside the cap very secure and safe as can be !! Also have used melatonin along time and the product works just as good as the rest going to order more and the shipping was fast also I did notice that they seem a little slow work so I tried a pill crusher that picked up the speed big time

I have lots of trouble sleeping but I take these and I’m asleep in no time and sleep pretty much all night long. There no berry flavor or anything on them and that’s what I really like. I’ve tried others and they’re coated with some flavor in them and they taste horrible. There’s really no taste of these and they’re small and able to be taken with no problems. The flavor ones just give heartburn everytime I took them and associating that’s what caused. I recommend this brand whole heartily.

These melatonin do what they’re supposed to, but I bought the 12mg thinking I could cut them in half to get the 6mg that I wanted. The tablets are small and round and do not hold together well when cut in half with a pill cutter. It doesn’t appear that they are enteric coated, but if you truly want the full 12mg, these should work well for you.

I love this product. so thankful I found it. I have taken Puritan Pride melatonin, Luna, valerian root, St John’s wort, Tylenol PM etc. with hit or miss success. Night after night was a nightmare! taking more then 1 sometimes. It started when I started to worry about our country and the corrupt elections. I take this melatonin and I am sleeping better from 11-5 and stopped watching news and reading at night

I purchased this for my fiance’ who is a police Sargent. His work schedule goes from a month of days to a month of nights and its very taxing on him and his sleep patterns. For the past year, I have been giving him 10 mg of melatonin and that began to not be as effective. I was very happy to find out that 12 mg was now available for him to try. He began taking them a few days ago and has found they are helping him fall asleep easier, maintain a sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. The real test will be next week when he returns to his 12 hour night tours. Fingers crossed it continues to help him sleep. Great product and given all goes well, we will be purchasing again in the future.
