I’ve been taking Melatonin every night for years as a sleep aid, and I’ve tried lots of different brands, formulations, and types. I like that these are 10mg tablets so I don’t need to take more than one a night. I also like that there’s no sugar in them (they’re artificially sweetened). The berry flavor is really good. I only gave 4 stars for two reasons: 1) They’re larger than other 10mg brands I’ve tried in the past (they’re a little smaller than a normal chewable antacid tablet). This isn’t a big deal to me, but it may be to some. And 2) they don’t dissolve as quickly as other brands I’ve tried. I’m not sure if it’s due to the size, or the makeup of the tablet. This also isn’t a big deal to me, but it’s worth pointing out. Overall good melatonin….especially the taste.

This product was taken by numerous people in my home ranging from 40 years to 16 (the 16 year old tired it twice)
We are very pleased with this melatonin it smalls and tastes good! It’s easy to use it works well and kind of fast for some, give you good sleep with some can make it hard to wake up feeling refreshed yet you can feel tired (stated by my 16 year old). Does not upset stomach in anyway, great value for your money!

Got hit in the face with an exceedingly strong “tasty berry flavor” smell when I opened the bottle. Nature’s Peak produces a magnesium supplement that is carried by another major retailer so I feel okay about taking these, even if they’re made in China for the Utah-based company.
There are 120 chewable 10mg tablets in one bottle. Chewing one tablet is similar to chewing a mystery berry-flavored calcium carbonate antacid tablet, but with much more artificial sweetener undertone. I have no idea why there’s erythritol, sorbitol, maltodextrin, sucralose, and aspartame in these supplements. You’d think just one sweetener or carbohydrate would be enough.
That aside, the ingredients indicate that the mystery “tasty berry flavor” is … spoiler alert! … strawberry. I am not a heathen who dislikes strawberries or berries in general, and I haven’t had any issues with these nicely labeled and well-packaged tablets. Keep in mind that the dosage is 10mg and thus on the stronger side.
