These pills taste fine and they work great, meaning that they help me sleep well. One of the things I like most about them is that they are “fast dissolve”, not LIGHTNING DISSOLVE. I have taken some Melatonin pills that dissolved so quickly in my mouth that I wondered if they were really there! These pills take maybe 30-45 seconds to dissolve, which, to me, means that they are very EFFECTIVE. I will buy these pills again.

Have been buying this product for quite some time with favorable results, but recently this has not been the case. Had contacted the contact phone number, noted on their site, have not received a phone call or an email follow-up return contact.
The last three bottles / orders that I have purchased and received, have an awful smell and taste. Yesterday, I had to purchase melatonin from a different seller, manufacturer. Until this seller addresses and corrects this issue, I would not recommend this product to anyone. The smell and taste is terrible.

I decided to give this product a try because I had been having a hard time winding down enough to go to sleep. My brain was always wired and I couldn’t get sleepy until it was past 11pm. In order for me to get back on a better sleeping schedule, I decided to take ONE tablet between 8:30-9pm. By 10pm I am usually sound asleep. Some days that I’ve had too much caffeine, I will take 1.5 tablets. I will WARN you, these are strong so take them early enough that you can wake up on time feeling well rested!
Con: The manufacturer should make the barcode label smaller so that it doesn’t cover the directions. This is my second bottle with this issue.

They actually are sour. And they really don’t dissolve fast. There is a mild taste of strawberry(?), but the description says they “are” and are “not flavored”… See Snapshot from this actual product page.
Are they supposed to dissolve in my mouth? They really are sour. I don’t know what I have. I took one three hours ago, I’m still awake. I took another one five minutes ago… my first question is, did I get a counterfeit? Should I return these?
I think I’m getting sleepy.
Everybody else loves these, I’m not so sure.

I switched to this product because it was cheaper and had good reviews. No regrets. It works as well as other melatonins I have used in the past. I recommend this.
And btw, they taste great .

My “to go” Melatonin used to be the Natrol brand (which is very good) but I decided to see if I could find a cheaper one. My husband and I both have sleep issues so we both take melatonin. I read other reviews about these being broken upon receiving them. This has NOT been the case for me. I’ve ordered this brand for about a year now, and never had a broken one. We both take 2 each night. They work like a charm! Will definitely keep buying this brand.

Honestly it’s my bad for not reading the fine print but I really wanted the type I ordered before which was a solid white tablet. I’ll keep these even though I’m not a fan of the strawberry flavoring. I love this brand especially because it’s made in the USA! I take this of course at night and usually after I brush my teeth. So the flavoring throws me off.
