This supplement is easy to intake. Its easy on the gut although took about a week to adjust to. Pills are regular size. The composition is quite great though. Its also one of the more comprehensive magnesium supplements.

This magnesium complex supplement has been great help for my wife. She has said she has gotten better sleep after taking it. It even helps her have more energy throughout the day at work and when she’s done from work. So far she loves it and we would recommend it.

I like that these capsules have multiple forms of magnesium. Most are for relaxation and energy which is what I was looking for. I’ve been taking one capsule in the AM and one at night and have not had any side effects. There is no after- taste or issues with the capsules breaking apart or leaking. I also appreciate that the manufacturing lot number and Use By dates on the bottom.

I take a magnesium complex daily. I switched my regular it for this one a couple weeks ago. No aftertaste. No problems swallowing the pills. No issues with constipation while taking it.

When it comes to choosing a magnesium supplement, it’s not always easy to pick the right one, especially with so many options out there. This one caught my attention because it’s not just your standard magnesium supplement. This one packs a blend of six different forms of magnesium along with zinc. It’s got Magnesium Glycinate, Oxide, Aspartate, Citrate, Lysinate Glycinate, and Malate—all in one bottle. Now, if you’re like me, you might wonder why all these different forms are necessary, so let me break it down a bit.
Each form of magnesium has its own benefits. Magnesium Glycinate, for instance, is known for being easy on the stomach and good for relaxation and sleep support. Magnesium Oxide is more focused on overall magnesium levels but can be a bit tough on the digestive system for some. Magnesium Aspartate is often used to boost energy levels and fight fatigue. Citrate is great for digestion and is often recommended for people with occasional constipation. Then there’s Lysinate Glycinate and Malate, both of which are known for their high absorption rates and muscle support, with Malate being especially good for physical performance and reducing muscle soreness. The addition of zinc is a nice touch since it supports immune health and helps with the body’s absorption of magnesium.
So, this complex blend seems to cover all bases—whether you’re looking for muscle support, better sleep, an energy boost, or just general wellness, this supplement has something to offer.
Now, on to my personal experience. I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks now, and I can’t say I’ve noticed any dramatic changes just yet. But that’s not unusual with supplements, as they often take time to build up in your system. However, I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my sleep quality—I feel a bit more rested in the mornings, which might be due to the Magnesium Glycinate. My energy levels during the day have been pretty stable, which could be thanks to the combination of Aspartate and Malate. It’s hard to say if there’s been any major impact on muscle recovery, but I haven’t experienced any muscle cramps, which I occasionally get. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid supplement, though it might take more time to see the full range of benefits.
I think this product is worth a try if you’re looking for a well-rounded magnesium supplement. The blend of different forms of magnesium means you’re getting a broad spectrum of benefits, and the addition of zinc is a bonus. Just keep in mind that, like with most supplements, patience is key—don’t expect overnight results.
**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Great magnesium complex. Seem effective so far and work as intended.

I am on a few medications that deplete my magnesium and I’ve been trying different brands and types looking for “a good one”… and I feel I’ve finally found it!
This 6 in 1 covers a lot of the option my primary care doctor told me to look for to help elevate my magnesium levels, as magnesium oxide is one of the cheapest but also one of the least bioavailable sources.
Since taking them, I’ve felt generally better with more energy and focus.
If you need magnesium, give this one a go!

So, there are several different types of magnesium in supplement form. This particular supplement claims 6, although two are just two different forms of glycinate. It all depends on what effects you are trying to gain from a magnesium supplement. For me, its anti-inflammatory, calming and sleep- so I’m looking for glyinate, taurate, threonate and malate. This one is missing two from my list. For the price, its reasonable, although I’m still searching for the perfect complex with threonate and taurate. Overall, not bad for the price for a 45 day supply.
