The bottle comes almost 2/3 full. Not too bad, but I’d prefer more capsules and/or a smaller bottle.
If used as directed the bottle will last one month.
The expiration date (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom!) on mine is Mar 2026, so a little more than 1.5 years from now.
The scent and taste of the smaller than usual capsules are very light, and they are easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMP compliant and manufactured in the USA (NY and MD). The website says they are 3rd-party tested.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many shady ones. The estheliv site is functional as well as informative. It says they started setting up their scientific team in 1998, and have eight scientific research patents. Normally I like to have a phone number (there is one on the side of the bottle) or a building with their name on it to help verify the company and show they are established, but I think they have done a good job of that.
We have used this company before and like them and their products. We can’t use them consistently because they are so pricey, but to be confident that you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!

I’ve finished this bottle, and had no issues or adverse reactions after taking these. The capsules are medium sized and easy to take, with no strange taste or smells. This seems to be a nice quality supplement, although it is rather pricey.

As someone who has always had extremely irregular periods, this supplement has not made a difference at all with that. Now whether my ovaries are healthier than before is the real questions but I have no idea how to gauge that without spending a ton of extra money.
I picked this supplement because we are starting to try for a family and I am in my early 30s so I wanted to make sure that I do everything I can to ensure a healthy pregnancy starting before conception. These supplements have a great list of ingredients but I do think I expected more especially for the price – even a glass bottle would be more environmentally friendly and that is something I could stand behind – especially in my efforts to try and eliminate plastic.
Since I am giving this my all, I will continue to use this product and spend the extra money because I don’t think one month was enough to get a good idea how effective they are.

For someone with suspected PCOS, I really didn’t notice an improvement or change even after taking Inositol pretty consistently. Maybe it works better for others? Just sharing my experience.
