I have been changing a lot of my supplements to gummy versions since its added incentive for me to keep up with them. I have realized I don’t forget to take them when they are yummy, tasty candy. These are both good and bad in that respect. I really like the raspberry flavor of the veggie version. Surprisingly, the fruit version which is raspberry watermelon didn’t really appeal to me. I think it was just too sweet or something but maybe too much cherry /acai flavor coming through. I don’t know.
The gummies themselves are decent. Soft and firm with just the right bite/chew to them. They each have some basic ingredients like vitamin C and such. But they each have their own proprietary blends of the veggies and fruits. It just gives them as big blocks of ingredients, so you really don’t know that actual makeup just the sum total of the blend. I think there is a good mix and its better than my diet without taking these, so I am happy with them. I will just hope you get more used to the fruit taste.

I would best describe the flavor of the fruits gummies as a sharp ‘sour watermelon’ which wouldn’t be my first choice, but it’s not terrible. The veggies gummies have more of an unpleasant smell and taste. It tastes like artificial sweeteners trying and failing to mask the bitter tastes inherent in the veggie ingredients. Not inedible, but not good either. I wouldn’t buy either of them as candy, but for supplements they’re okay. If you have trouble swallowing pills these might be a good option, but I can’t recommend them on taste.
These gummies are well shaped but a bit sticky and tend to clump together, so not quite the best quality, but not bad either. I’m a little disappointed by the choice to lump the ingredients together into a ‘blend’. It is an impressive list of ingredients, yes, if only I could see exactly how much of each ingredient was actually in them. It seems like good stuff though. I’m happy to get more fruits and veggies but these wouldn’t be my first choice.

I chose a product such as this that had no sugar, but also utilized a healthy substitute. This product does just that. The finest ingredients are use and overall an excellent and healthy supplmental product.

These gummies have the ingredients listed on the bottle and it seems there is some pretty good stuff in them. The Amazon listing shows those ingredients if you want to check them out. The packaging is well done and they are carefully sealed with a tamper proof seal under the lid. There is an expiration date stamped on the bottom that in my case was September of 2025. The fruit gummies are molded into a star shape while the veggie gummies have three different shapes. They seem to be a mushroom, broccoli and oddly enough an apple. As far as the taste goes, the fruit has a very pleasant, kind of tangy taste while the veggies, which claim to have a raspberry flavor, to me seem to have a nondescript although very pleasant taste- mostly sweet. Overall, I was more impressed with these than I generally am with OTC gummy vitamins and I can recommend these.
To help understand how I rate items:
My philosophy is, that for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. If I give a product four stars, it is because I believe it is a very good product. To get five stars from me requires a product to go above and beyond and really impress me beyond my expectations. By the same token, a product has to be VERY, VERY bad to get only one star from me. One thing that I DON’T take into consideration with my ratings is price. I may make a general statement such as “this is a good value” but it will not affect my star rating. The reason is that product prices change, even from day-to-day. Also what one person may consider a good price someone else might not. I feel it is more important to review the quality and features of a product and let the buyer decide whether the current price is worth it to them. Another thing that I don’t take into consideration are issues with shipping. This is because the seller does not always have control over that. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product:
***** Five stars – The product exceeded my expectations. I really love it and would actively suggest it to friends and would certainly purchase it again if needed.
**** Four stars – The product met my expectations. It does what it claims to do. I like it and would recommend it to someone if they asked about it. I would Most likely purchase it again if needed .
*** Three stars – The product is average and for the most part does what it claims. There may be a few things I don’t like about it. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative.
** Two stars – The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it.
* One star – The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible.
