I ordered this Phosphatidylserine from the vine program.
I wanted to give this product a full review so I used this product for a few weeks before submitting it.
I have been taking this product for a full 3 weeks now.
After placing my order, the product arrived within 2 days & it was packaged well.
The bottle was easy to open. The cap had clear plastic wrapped around it and the inside was sealed.
My only complaint about the bottle is the sticker that goes across it. It’s covering some info up and I can’t remove it so I can read the bottle.
The pills are big but easy to swallow.
I only take 1 a day, not 2 which is recommended.
I have seen an improvement in brain function.
I am more focused, alert and centered. I’m able to get more done and stay the course. (I am updating my mother’s house right now so I can sell it. A lot of work need to be done before it’s ready so I’ve been spending 8+ hours at the house every day since October).
I have had no ill effects from this supplement. It does not bother my stomach and it’s keeping me motivated & heading in the right direction.
I think when I run out, I’ll be ordering more.

If you struggle with brain clarity and focus, this supplement is worth a try to and enhance both. It is soy-free, vegan, and non-GMO so it may work for a lot of people. The pills are of normal size and they are easy to swallow. They come sealed for safety and freshness.

I tried phosphatidylserine to see how effective it might be in fighting anxiety. While it’s difficult to know what to attribute to a supplement, I can honestly say I’ve felt more relaxed this past month. The downside is that I’ve also had to deal with some insomnia, which is apparently a potential side-effect of the substance’s use. Your own experience may vary, of course.
One criticism I’d have is the large amounts of vitamins b6 and b12 included in the supplement; with so many supplements laying on the B vitamins particularly thickly, and a member of my household having a history of getting too much b6, I wonder if this is strictly necessary.

I spent a lot of time focusing on my health and of course I had to add probiotics to my diet. This supplement us great quality Trace minerals and talk to me Sleep easier. Probiotics also help keep me regulated and rid of toxins in my body. These are very easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Very fancy supplement that is priced a little high but worth every penny.

Our Dr. recommended that we start taking a Phosphatidylserine supplement for brain health. We haven’t had any negative effects and will continue to take. This one does have a higher dose than our last one plus it has some B vitamins which seems to help with energy. This is not to be considered medical advice so please do your research and talk to your Dr. to see if this might be right for you. Very fair price point.

I requested and received “for free” this bottle of WONDER FAMILY PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE 600MG CAPSULES to test and give my honest opinion. After I received this bottle I sat down and did a little more internet research. All appears fine with this supplement except maybe the high B12 content. Then I saw that the 41667% Recommended Daily Value was for a TWO CAPSULE serving. I started taking ONE capsule a day, no problem shallowing, no aftertaste, no stomach problems. I seem to be sleeping a little bit better, but that MIGHT BE because of the cooler air in the house and my new Sherpa lined comforter. Whatever is helping me sleep a little better, that is probably why I feel more relaxed and less confused during the mornings. I will see if finishing the bottle of these capsules has any effect on my sleep and if getting another order is a good idea.

Between my time for testing the product, doing an honest review and the FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME TAXES I am liable for because I am “receiving items of value in lieu of wages” that are based on the LIST PRICE with no coupons allowed to be used, there is a real cost to these items “paid for” by me.
