I had been trying to figure out which physllium to try. I chose this one because it didnt have additives just the husk.. I also chose it because it said on the website here 1 or 2 twice a day. however when i got the bottle is says 2 up to three times a day, thats alot different. Im not sure how its going to work yet but will give it a try. I just thought people should know the directions on how many to take are wrong on this webiste. from the website Directions
