Purchased twice for both my son and I, first time we had no issues, but this second batch we both spit it out. I was so upset because I tried to swallow it down, even tried various liquids to ease it down. Nothing worked, but the trash! It was horrendous!!

These are delicious… 4 instead of 5 since adults are not supposed to have this much iron daily. Wish they had lower adult dosage. For now, I bite the bears in half!

We have a need for high dose iron in my household. My son is 6 and it’s been a challenge. We’ve tried various products and I have to say out of all of them he is as so disgusted by this one he wanted to immediately spit it out. I tried it and honestly doesn’t start bad but that after taste is repulsive.
It is a gummy but also very chewy and sticky once chewed. The taste is pineapple and again it starts off fine but ends not great at all. The good news is it doesn’t taste like blood (if you’ve ever tried your blood, which is what I feel like most iron supplements taste like); but I actually prefer the blood taste. Has a high dose which is great and if he could stomach these it would be wonderful, but he couldn’t. Also gave me a stomach ache after consuming.
So I recommend these for those who need a vegan supplement with a high dose of iron. Maybe someone who can hold their breath while chewing or doesn’t have that great of sense of flavors. For me it’s a hard pass though.

Miscellaneous Comments:
Iron dosage seems decent. How much you may need likely varies on gender, weight, etc… so do more research to decide if this is right for you (especially if you are trying to supplement a deficiency, but that should come with Dr’s dosage recommendations anyways). Secondary ingredients are a mixed bag and mostly low or non-existent doses (like 1mg of B12, lol…)
I was not able to find any company information or history, or manufacturing standards/practices. Company seems to be based out of China and was founded in 2023, so not much history to be found anyways.
