This review is for the “Energare 1 Pack Vegan 100Mg Iron Supplement Gummies”. These supplements don’t have a manufacturing location anywhere on the bottle but ship with a seal around the cap and an aluminum one on the bottle itself. The manufacture date was 8/30/2024 and the expiry 8/29/2026, so a 2 year shelf life on them and good for about 22 months from when I received them. The gummies themselves are the same size as others but much harder, with an almost dusty exterior. The flavor on these was less metallic but was like eating seaweed or something not good from a fish market, there’s a bare fruity hint at some point but I would never have guessed pineapple if I was blindfolded. After taking these with breakfast, I did notice my heart was beating faster than normal so I’m not sure if these just had that much more sugar or if I was reacting to them. So far no stomach problems but we’ll see if that changes.

My wife has been taking this Energare Iron pineapple gummies for a few weeks. She got a recommendation to take an Iron supplement from her doctor as she usually has low levels. So far, she does not have any discomfort after taking these. There is a bit of “ironish” flavor on these gummies. She does not care at all about that and said she will probably continue use the same brand. There you go!

These gummies have a pineapple flavor but overall they taste absolutely terrible. They’re also incredibly sweet so I looked at the ingredients and found there’s tons of syrup in them. The ingredient panel is very deceptive in that it does not list sugar content at all. I would stay away from these and find better offers from companies more transparent about what’s in their product.

Gummies are a distinct pineapple taste. They are a bit hard, as if they are stale. At 100 mg of iron it’s a good maintenance dose but on the low side for anemia.

Purchased these iron supplements to prevent iron deficiencies. These gummies taste pretty good. They’re a bit difficult to chew, but as an Iron supplement, I’m not surprised. The indicated dose is 2 gummies a day. This is my first time trying iron gummies and the taste is pleasant enough for me, but I’m not big on how hard they are to chew, so I will probably just stick to the ordinary iron supplements.
