Whether this works or not is hard to say but compared to some on the market these don’t have any toxic ingredients. I’m pleased with the ingredients and pleased with the way they sit. No nausea. I’m happy with this purchase and I would get these again.

I have tried other tumeric supplements and gotten little to no relief. I have been taking this supplement now for about 1 and 1/2 bottles. I no longer have pain where I had a biopsy a few years ago and that pain came and went daily until I started taking this supplement. Now I have no biopsy pain. Also, I drove about 5 hours yesterday and expected that today I would be exhausted and feeling achy. but not so, I have no achy-ness or pain from being in the car for so long yesterday, which is unusual.
I would say that this supplement takes a while to kick in so don’t expect immediate relief. you have to give it a chance to build up in your system. I take 2 tablets in the AM and 2 in the evening. regularly. it works. give it a try. I paid full price for this and this is my own honest review. its a great supplement and I would never use another brand ever again.

I read an article on 5 people who had Lyme Disease and how after months and years of misdiagnosis they all ended up getting the best relief for their symptoms from naturopaths. While they each took a different combination of herbal supplements, turmeric was a constant for all 5. I thought I would give it a try for every day aches and joint pains. It was shocking after I took the first capsule that within 10 minutes I felt better. I thought it was just my imagination so I tried it several more times with the same results. My husband who has chronic back pain then tried it and he too noticed almost immediate relief.
We both feel that turmeric works more effectively and more quickly than ibuprofen which was our prior anti-inflammatory of choice. I now take one regularly every morning and another later in the day if I am feeling achy.
We haven’t tried any other brands, but why since this one works so well. I knew that BioPerine is an important ingredient to have with the tumeric so it is absorbed into your system, which this brand has and it was important to us that it be organic. So, we are sticking with this brand.

I had a really bad case just now of encazema and I took this just now after remembering that it helps with inflammation!! when I first had tried it I didn’t notice any difference!!! when I used it for the encazema my rash went almost away and the itch way down. my legs and arms had a rash snd legs were different colors!! the doctor told me to take benadryl and ibuprofen and it would take probably 7 days!! I saw a hudge difference almost over night using this and am feeling a lot better!!! this is a life saver!!! I’m so glad I had already bought this and kept it. inflammation is a tricky thing because it doesn’t have much of a feeling always!!!

I’m skeptical when things like this are suggested to me. But I’m 58 and my body aches. Especially my right knee. I took this for 30 days. After about a week I noticed a difference. After 2 weeks I wasn’t limping anymore. After the 30 days I didn’t take it and the pain started to come back. Now I have a 90 day supply and reorder when I have one bottle left. Something about that pepper makes it a little difficult for me to swallow. But a BIG glass of water helps.
