I struggle with pretty severe digestive issues, so I don’t think these will be the ultimate solution, but they are a start. They have good ingredients and no odd fillers or sugars. They are easy to take and don’t seem to have side effects. There are 90 capsules in the bottle, but a serving is 3 per day, so this is only a month supply. It is fairly pricey for a month, so I probably won’t use it regularly, or may use a lower dose.

While obviously not the same as eating fresh organ meats, I’m still happy to be able to supplement with this once in a while. I eat fresh chicken, beef or lamb liver once a week but not kidney, pancreas…etc…
Our ancestors knew the importance of eating those animal parts ( and still do in other parts of the world ) but Americans favor eating mostly muscle meats and therefore it’s pretty much impossible to buy quality organ meats.
I read the comment about someone getting gout from this. I personally focus on eating regular but small portions of meat and also don’t take the recommended dose of supplements but less instead.
If you eat a healthy and varied diet, supplementing should only be occasional me thinks.
I like taking this one after a rather rich meal to help me digest and it does seem to help.

So .. in general I’ve never really tried enzymes as a stand alone to see how they would help in terms of digestion. I feel as you get older closer to 30 and up, they can be beneficial as life starts giving you these life dlcs of aging. In terms of quality I believe it’s right up there with many other respected brands, packaging is clean and professional. However the blend itself is proprietary, which means you aren’t really disclosed how much of each ingredient you’re getting. Typically it’s listed highest quantity of a source to the smallest in a blend. This would be the only draw back. As of now I haven’t noticed a massive change, but I do eat small quantities of beef liver daily and workout. In the morning I do find things to be more regular and consistent ,which is good. Overall worth a try if you’re looking for a animal-based enzymes as that’s what we digest the best.
