The chocolate flavor surprisingly tastes like the hot chocolate drink (at whatever water temperature you make it with) without the overwhelming sweetness – truly delectable!
It also has helped me feeling full for longer, which is perfect for fasting. I highly recommend it to anyone new to fasting who might be hesitant about diving straight into it and is looking for something to make the process easier.

The taste is fine. It’s not really like drinking hot chocolate, but it’s not really supposed to given it’s zero sugar. It tastes like a blend of unsweetened chocolate powder and a pinch of salt. I would recommend going less than 16oz of water for a stronger flavor.
It should be noted that the ketones used in this are Calcium BHB, and in other products there’s typically double or more BHB. I wouldn’t buy this solely looking for a ketone product.

I had a glass of this last night cold. It’s not bad. I’m very picky so this review is only based on my tricky palette. I’m going to try it hot this morning. I will say that I was not hungry for the rest of the evening. I mean, who doesn’t want to lose a few lbs? If this works, I will definitely invest in it. I will try it for a few days but still eat a healthy meal. It’s those darn Christmas cookies that I can’t resist!
I’m going to edit this review a bit. I tried this drink again and I just couldn’t drink it. Maybe I’m used to much better tasting protein shake type supplements that are actually enjoyable to drink. I don’t know how this would be if adding it to your coffee but I enjoy my morning coffee as is and did not want to ruin that. So I’m lowering the stars to 2. Maybe your palette will like it but mine did not.

I was not a fan of this. But I don’t think its the product, just me. I like my electrolyte mixes to be fruit flavored. Thought I would try something different. I am sure its all in my head but I didn’t like it.

I suck at fasting. FSTN’s electrolyte mix has helped me be so much more consistent and actually finish my fasts without giving up. Drinking a hot cup of this in the morning tastes great (like a nice cup of hot cocoa). It’s zero-sugar but still ends up tasting slightly sweet and nice, probably because of the stevia and cocoa. Props to FSTN for making something with all-natural flavorings that actually tastes good AND helps me function during my fast.

I have always reserved drinking electrolytes for extraneous workouts, like running more than 12 miles. But for the first time, I think I’ve found an option I could see myself drinking every day. The fact that it tastes like a salty cocoa powder helps a lot.
I tried drinking it with both hot and cold water, one cup each. Both were pretty good, but I preferred it cold, even though cocoa powder doesn’t mix well with cold water. I ended up using a mixer to blend It well.
Next, I’ll try adding it to a smoothie or a salad. It might be easier to consume if I make it part of my regular meals

I really enjoyed this! The taste was good, it was easy to dissolve and I definitely felt hydrated after drinking. In my opinion, you get quite a bit in the bag so is well worth it. It works as it says, I’d recommend!

This product is excellent for anyone at any age who wants to stay fit in a culture that promotes foods that are poisoning our bodies. I am not so much on a diet, but on a healthy lifestyle journey. Twice a day, I eat a reasonable amount of non-processed, whole, identifiable foods that I make myself. I do the best I can to eliminate sugar, rice, breads, and pastas from my diet.
