I like that these are a good combination of ingredients and are food sourced. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I would change only a few of the amounts, be able to take them without a meal (I don’t eat three a day) and they would be sourced In the USA. All minor things and the best I have found overall. That they are lab tested makes me feel better about them being globally sourced for instance. As always make sure your health care professional gives you the okay first. I like them well enough I subscribed to them.

Very effective as an anti-inflammatory. Also pretty good mosquito repellent. Note: The garlic doesn’t make the skin smell bad to humans, just to bugs.
