This is a nice collagen supplement. It has collagen from five different sources so you get a nice variety. The capsules seem like quality capsules. Easy to use, no odd taste. A little pricier than other options but still a good value.

These collagen capsules are made from a variety of collagen sources , i.e., bovine, chicken, marine, eggshell membrane and avian sternum collagen peptides. I use these to supplement my usual powder in the blue container that everyone is Vitally familiar with. A serving of these pills is 3 capsules, taken once or twice daily. Knowing the size scoop I use from the blue container, I’m curious to know how 3 to 6 capsules would stack up against a big scoop or two of collagen powder. 90 capsules is a 30 day supply; only 15 days if you take two servings a day, which is much too many pills for me and a little too spendy in cost. I’m sure I prefer the loose powder. In any event, I’ll all for supplementing with a variety of sources and am happy to have tried these.

Type I. This type makes up 90% of your body’s collagen. Type I is densely packed and used to provide structure to your skin, bones, tendons and ligaments.
Type II. This type is found in elastic cartilage, which provides joint support.
Type III. This type is found in muscles, arteries and organs.
Type IV. This type is found in the layers of your skin.
Type V. This type is found in the cornea of your eyes, some layers of skin, hair and tissue of the placenta.
This is a high quality supplement, made in the USA. I have not experienced any negative effects from taking it.

Collagen is an essential part of my health regimen. It really helps with my orthopedic issues (after a few weeks). I try to take it every day, and get good quality collagen, which usually means a jar of powder that’s big enough to be reasonably priced. However, one thing that does not work very well is taking powdered collagen when you’re not at home. A bottle of capsules are very useful to bring with you on the road.
There are plenty of other capsules out there on the market, but I haven’t seen any others that have all the major collagen types. Mostly what we need is type I+III, which any bovine or marine collagen, but after seeing what that basic stuff does for my connective tissues I want those benefits for my other organs as well. So, multi collagen it is, every day.
This seems like a good product. The powder tastes like multi collagen (it’s not delicious), and I have no issues digesting it on an empty stomach.

I love that these have 1800mg of collagen per serving. Not keen on taking 3 capsules, but still that is ALOT of collagen packed into a serving which is great. You cant get that much in powders or gummies. So this is fantastic. Also has 5 different types of collagen so bonus!! The caps are easy to take even though you need 3. No issues there. This ends up being a months supply so the cost works out about average with other supplements if you are going by daily cost itself. However, as I said in the beginning, the amount you get per serving is just off the charts, so its well worth the cost imo.

I’ve been taking collagen supplements for the past few years either in powder or capsule form. I personally prefer capsule form since it’s easily accessible to use even when traveling. The supplements are comparable in size to most, so I did not have a problem swallowing them. I personally take them for my skin, hair, and nails but I love the fact that it helps with joint support as well. The company uses high-quality ingredients, but the overall price is a tad bit higher than what I usually spend on collagen supplements.

I’ve taken collagen for several years now and my knees hurt when I run out or forget for a few days. Taking capsules is much convenient than putting powder in my coffee, especially since the truly flavorless powders are very expensive.
I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now and have not noticed any changes in my knee pain, which is a good thing. It works just the same as the other stuff, despite not having extra ingredients like MSM. It only has one month’s supply per bottle if you take the recommended amount.
