I know that Reishi can be a very good mushroom to take if you have evaluated the risks. I used to harvest it wild and make it tinctures with it. It is nice that it can be found in a pill on Amazon. I personally wasn’t really a fan of these. The capsules are large and never made it into my morning routine. However, I think they could be useful for others.

This review is for the VOS GANOLUCIDUM – Red Reishi Mushroom Capsules for Immunity.
First and foremost, these mushroom supplements are the real deal. They come from the forest
canopy and not some greenhouse. I don’t know for sure if that makes a difference as to overall quality, but I suspect anything grown in its natural environment is probably going to be of better quality than a greenhouse. Think greenhouse tomatoes vs. those picked on the vine.
Anyway, I’ve been incorporating mushroom supplements into my diet, and sure glad I tried these. I do think these mushroom capsules have given me an improved sense of well-being.
I do like the quality of these: besides coming straight from the forest, you can see from the box that they are organic and have the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) label.
Two other things to mention: for me personally, they are easy to swallow but I have a high tolerance and can easily swallow just about any big capsule.
Flavor? I rated 5 stars because you just swallow these so really no flavor which means no bad flavor. Also, I don’t experience any bad aftertaste.
If you’re seeking a high quality Red Reishi Mushroom supplement, I think these are the ones.

It said take 2 for 1 dose but it only comes with 30 pills so that means it only gives you 15 days and not a month supply

One thing I was quick to notice is that they have a very slight after taste but a pleasant one at that. These capsules are easy to intake which I love and aren’t too big in size compared to most supplements.
