The packaging and freshness of the product is there. Seems quality. No spilled powder or ruptured pills. Minimal smell I am intrigued by the adaptagen family of supplements. Currently research is strongest in ashwagandha so it’s hard to say how effective these will be. 5 stars for the quality and packaging. Will update with how I feel after a few weeks.

I got this because I take mushroom supplements for the various health benefits they may have. I have been encouraged by the numerous studies that have looked at how mushrooms may affect our immunity and cognitive health. It’s my opinion were just scratching the surface of how mushrooms may benefit us. While I have my favorites with mushrooms I can’t rule out any for possibly being a significant factor with our aging process. Until studies are conclusive I like to take a variety of mushrooms. What I like about this brand is they only used six types. I’ve seen other brands that have 20 or more types but I feel like when you get possibly too many you’re not getting enough possibly of the ones that really matter. And that’s the second reason I like this brand is that I really like the 6 types that were chosen. I don’t feel anything when I take mushroom supplements, this brand included, but I would like to think they may have helped me with avoiding the seasonal sniffles and what not with the beta glucans they may possibly have. I did not see where these were third party tested but I had no sides at all with these. These were easy to take and had no taste after swallowing. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

I am always looking for natural support for my immune system. The ELERULE Mushroom Complex seems to have ingredients that do that. The product information page has precious little information about the ingredients other than listing the names. You have to go to the company page to get any detail about the product ingredients. I don’t think most shoppers would do that. As one who prefers a more natural approach to health support, the mushroom complex is a good addition. It has the ingredients that help support the immune system but the presentation page is lacking.

I have tried many different products that are similar to this one, all containing similar blends of mushrooms. This one has been one of the best I’ve tried to date! Within the first couple days I felt a surge of new energy and mental clarity! Highly recommend this product over all the others I’ve recently tried.

We like taking mushroom supplements for their supposed benefits. As we age, it’s even more important. We’ve grown Lion’s Mane, Oyster, and Morel. They’re easy once you get the hang of it if you have the time. Drying them and processing them takes more time as well. We still get complexes for the mushrooms we don’t yet grow.
This Ultimate mushroom complex from Elerule uses organic mushrooms and NO fillers. 2 capsules are required per serving. $20 for 60 servings is 33¢ per serving.
Required domestic contact information on a product can’t be assumed to be where the product is made, even if it says ‘manufactured by (or for)’. There is no ‘made in’ country on the product nor in the product details on Amazon. There are Chinese characters on the sticker on the package. When companies do this, it’s NOT an oversight. They choose to not inform the consumer, I dislike that. For that reason, I would more than likely look elsewhere for my next mushroom complex.
The use of organic mushrooms and no fillers still gets 4 stars from me, despite the lack of transparency regarding where the product is made.

For those that don’t like the taste of mushrooms and drinking the popular mushroom shakes, these are a great alternative option. Not a huge capsule and no smells or aftertaste. Definitely give it a shot.

I’m not a big pill guy who takes abundant amounts of pills, but when I do, it’s most likely due to an underlying cause to periodically relieve the symptoms of something. I figured I’d give these mushroom complex pills a try to see if it would have any effect on me. I wake up in a fog most days, and wanted to give them a try. Well after three days of taking them, I can definitely tell a difference. I wake up and not too much in a daze, and I definitely feel more focused. It’s pretty cool, and will definitely keep taking them and see if it continues. I also love that there is no garbage bi-products in them and they are just mushrooms. I also love that there is no bad taste from these pills.
If these keep me focused like it’s been going, I will definitely recommend these to friends and family.
